We over-extend, over-function, and swallow our own needs out of a desire to please people—only to end up exhausted, drained, and battling silent resentment. Even Jesus set boundaries. He walked away from demanding crowds, took naps in storms, and chose His inner circle very carefully. If the Savior guarded His peace, you are allowed to guard yours!
