I'm starting to take the sales and marketing admin role in my company and stepping away from the labor and fulfillment side of the business. One of the things that I want to start doing with some of that freed up time and capacity for me is door knocking neighborhoods that we're working in, as well as leaving door hangers on the immediate neighbors of the house we're working on. Just to get the word out there and tighten up some route density and stuff like that. To those of you that do any type of paper marketing like that, if you wouldn't mind, would you be able to give me some inspiration and let me see what works for your company if you found success in it?

Is it worth investing in that and if so, is it worth it to get an agency and any recommendations regarding that? Does anyone has any experience or recommendations in cold calling? Mainly talking about calling property managers or just commercial stores, building or complexes. If so, what is the best way to do that and train an employee to do it and build relationships with the customers Thank you to anyone reading this and let’s keep grinding boys!!!
