Cold Calling
Does anyone has any experience or recommendations in cold calling? Mainly talking about calling property managers or just commercial stores, building or complexes. If so, what is the best way to do that and train an employee to do it and build relationships with the customers Thank you to anyone reading this and let’s keep grinding boys!!!

Thank you so much man that is really helpful. I’m currently hiring a new sales guy and was thinking of making him cold call to fill up his time. Great idea. You think it makes a difference wether I call them myself as the owner or my employees/sales guy?
