Procrastination
Mine was about finance. My three actions were: 1 Checking all accounts - This meant getting access to everything - I updated my phone a few months ago and still have apps that I have not been able to access. 2 Settling up spreadsheets - getting them up to date with 2026 data 3 Checking accounts daily. 'Where focus goes that thing grows1' 💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜💥💜 I have two business accounts, private accounts and credit card accounts along with pensions etc. I used to have a spreadsheet that I filled in often and it kept me upto date where I was. Things have changed so much since then, leaving my job to care for my daughter so my regular income is no longer a thing. I incurred debt and put my head in the sand - which I know helps nothing. I am currently working on building a couple of business's and I want them in financial order so I can register them properly for tax and the like. I have never done this before and if I am being honest I need session with a good accountant to understand more. It does scare me, but I don't know why because I will understand once told - however I am at 'we only know what we know, right' I do know how to create spreadsheets, pivot information, capture data etc. As such that is my first focus, get everything set up, look at it daily and keep accurate accounting details. I have been working on getting everything technically organised over the last couple of weeks, so I had already put in 30 mins in a morning to go through checking my bank accounts, however not once have I kept that appointment. I loved the session on Wednesday, It has really given me the drive to get things done. Today I feel like I have made massive improvements, MASSIVE. I now have access to all my apps therefore accounts. And yes I have had to ring a couple of call centres, 54 mins onto one company, however I did get access to two apps - YEEEAAAHHHH. This means I am able to do the daily checks. I had a spread sheet for personal, and one for each Business, I have decided to have a master sheet with everything on. Mainly because this gives me one source of the truth and should anything happen to me, its easier for my children to know what I have where - morbid, you could say that, but after last year (lost 3 family members) I want that horrible time to be as easy as possible for them.
You must feel fantastic getting all that sorted out Deb, WELL DONE! My brain would be fried! I can just about manage to do mine on Excel and get them in by 31 Jan every year! 2 years ago I messed up and didn’t press send, HMRC fined me £100 for being late 😩
It was touch and go but I banged two out!
So I went down a rabbit hole of sorting out music for the AGBCCR session I was running, didn't move my body and there were a few thoughts today about how nothing has really changed I am still as distracted as ever but HC testing says the new beliefs coded in. I am pleased to report though that at the 11th hours I have filmed two of the 4 intro videos I wanted to do 💪💪💪 I will need to edit them and will try and do that Friday.
Great song!
Road Trip!
Yesterday morning I did 10-15 mins with weights at home, then later on went for a walk. I live on the edge of a forest, and I thought why don't I just jog, so I did, for 40 mins - first one this year. Today I did 20 mins with weights. So I'm saying SUCCESS! Come on!

Next weeks session
Hey everyone, I’m just looking at next weeks session and would like you vote below on which would be most beneficial to you. I’ll go with the majority of votes. 1. Procrastination 2. Being forgetful Let me know 1 or 2 ☺️ Much love Michelle
Both work for me! 😄
Leaping out of bed
How are you all today after yesterdays advanced session? Did you leap out of bed today ready to step into the new you or did you curl back up under the bed sheets whilst the energy is still releasing through your body. One thing i would ask you to do.. to step forward after each session, make one commitment to greatness. What one thing, one action, no matter how small or big, will you do this week to embed what you worked on last night. Let me hold you accountable to that forward progress. Comment below with your action and when you are doing it by so i know how serious you are about yourself.

@Michelle Porter I've done 2 self facilitations relating to one of the reflections so far, and have more clarity, peace, and a mindset update. Very pleased to be moving forward. Thanks for checking in ☺️
