My biggest win is continuing to stay away from corn chips and chocolate candy. I also did the beginner workout 2 times this week. Most challenging is getting into a routine with moving more and using light weights.

My win this week was having a successful stress test (routine) on the treadmill at my cardiologist. And sticking to fasting with the protein shake and collagen in my coffee. My struggle is still trying to up my workout sessions per week but I’m still getting walking in.

Thanks for the pdf. I started reading it and will keep going to the end! A lot of good info in there! A My win last week was staying away from Nacho chips And other processed foods. It’s getting easier! I’m still struggling with getting workouts done during the week. The walking is going well though.
