Hello all. It’s been a busy week. One thing I’m happy about is that I have less pain in my shoulder and hip so that means that I can start moving more. Woo hoo! I’ve been doing the squats to the chair and the standing on one foot. One side is better than the other! I just have to keep moving! Looking forward to checking out some of the hypnosis on the app. Thanks for all the info! Very helpful

Hi there - just getting connected here - been at d-fine since 2/6 so just about 3 weeks - trying to get all the info and make sure I am not missing anything - added collagen, aloe Vera and alkaline water - not sure how much of it all - been building up aloe Vera to a cup, at least one cup or more alkaline water each day, also taking the milk thistle - cut out sugar almost completely, increasing protein and water intake with goal of 88 ounces but maybe that needs to be higher, exercising 3/4 times a week - what else may I be missing - do I need the app or just being online work ?
