How are you getting your members to actually engage?
I've grown my community to 117+ members (from 12) with solid ad performance, but engagement is inconsistent despite putting out consistent value. What I'm currently doing: - Value-based posts (educational + video content) - Welcome course is live - Ask enraging questions at the end of each post - Building out additional courses - Weekly livestreams just launched - Responding to every comment/question The growth is there, but the participation isn't matching the member count. It feels like I'm talking to a room full of people who are listening but not responding. My question for you all: What specific tactics are working for you to transform lurkers into active participants? Are you: - Using specific post formats that drive replies? - DMing new members with a particular sequence? - Running challenges or accountability threads? - Incentivizing engagement somehow? - Doing something with gamification/levels? I know I need to focus less on content creation and more on conversation creation, but I'd love to hear what's actually working in your communities right now. What's your engagement playbook? Thanks all

I'm up to about 202 people - joined Skool a few months ago and it's a build. I'm very familiar with running a FB group and I've dragged some of my experience here :) But it's still slow. My work is alignment/transformation - so a VERY soft invitation. I look at the active members of the day - see there are about 30-40 and know they are lurking (it's ego food ) but they probably need more social proof to engage - because people are so weary of engagement unless the restaurant looks busy/popular. People wonder - is this the place to be? Is this food any good? It's psychology - takes a minute for them to know the food is good. One thing I know for sure is personal life shares are 100% needed. I must be vulnerable, show my human side or people just can't relate. As coaches we need to provide a safe place, a safe "office" - and that's what we are doing here... I look at it like Skool is our office. So it takes time for all these strangers to become regulated and trust your space. But you are the one common thread. I make a post or two a week that's super personal... and it helps A LOT and maybe right now even more important that all my wisdom as it relates to the trust that's being built again with my circle. Thoughts from my walk (with a photo of the lake) ... Gratitude for you posts.... 5 am inspirations - with a snapshot. Some times I've share pics of me with my kids, grands, love, and spew on about some part of my story. my 2cents!
