Just joined today and am very excited. Have been a mortgage lender for over 35 years but conversion rates have stalled and realtor partners are not as solid as I’d like. So looking forward to learn how to get to 10 loans/ month.

@Sam Abazari Yes, that works much better when speaking to the borrower. What I meant was that my biggest referrers have told me that they don't speak up when they hear someone discussing mortgages, like they used to, cuz someone always asks their rate and then the discussion changes swiftly to a bitch session - and not conducive to referring. That's what I mean that it's a bigger issue than you might think.

@Cherice Cothran Where is your market? My main market is Central FL and we've always had a high number of RE agents that want to be paid to refer - and there always seems to be LOs willing to break the laws to do so, right? Not my game. The majority of our Builders have their own mortgage company and we can't compete with them setting their own rate sheets. I'm reaching out to agents that I don't know AND beefing up my email communication.
This Stuff Works!
Hey all, I am a brand new LO going through Sam's training. I just want to shout out this framework- the realtor feedback and progress that I've seen over the last 3 weeks has been awesome! I've done 4-6 open houses per week and already have several agents who committed to working with me and almost all agents are impressed with what I have to offer. I have to give all of the credit to Sam- every step of the framework is organized and simple and I can already see that it gives me an edge over other LO's in my market. I've been averaging 2 leads per week and last week I got 3! My goal is an average of 5 per week by the end of July. Happy hunting out there!
