Onboarding a new Executive Director. I envision lots of one on one meetings as well as departmental meetings, etc. It just feels a little different onboarding someone who will be the person at the executive level position.

@Bob Scheppegrell Thanks! Yes the Board will be involved along with the Transition Committee. It will certainly be a lengthier process than with a typical employee. We used Capital Development for the executive search and they are giving us guidance as well.

💊 Take Your MEDS Challenge – S = Sleep
Last week of the challenge - How did you do with D (Diet) last week? Me - not so good.🥧🦃🍰 How much sleep do you get on average? Most adults require 7-8 hours per night. Here are a few sleep tips to help: ✅Create a wind-down routine (about 15 minutes) – Deep breathing, light stretching, reading (non-work), prayer/meditation. ✅Protect your last 60 minutes from screens. ✅Cut caffeine by 2 p.m. ✅Sleep in a cold room (65-68). ✅Get your thoughts out of your head before bed – Write down anything on your mind and tell your brain you’ll handle it tomorrow. ✅Get 5-10 minutes of sunlight within an hour of waking up. ⁉️What will you do to improve your sleep? Cutting out caffeine by 2pm is a challenge for me. And I really need to reduce my screen time at the end of the day.
