Your Environment Is Either Backing You UP - Or Dragging You Down
Let’s get real: If your home feels chaotic, cluttered, or just straight-up off — it’s not neutral. It's either validating who you’re becoming… or sabotaging every damn effort. And I’ve got science receipts. 📍 A Princeton study found that visual clutter literally competes for your brain’s attention, wrecking your focus and increasing fatigue. 📍 A UCLA study showed that clutter = cortisol (yep, the stress hormone). The more clutter in a home, the more stressed the women living in it felt. 📍 And James Clear (Atomic Habits guy) says environment is the invisible hand shaping your behavior. So if your space is dull, dysfunctional, or chaotic… guess what kind of habits it’s reinforcing? ⚡Reality check:Your space isn’t just where you live. It's training you. You’re either being backed up by your home — or slowly worn down by it. 💬 So let’s talk: Drop ONE thing your space is doing right now that’s low-key sabotaging you. Lighting? Layout? Visual clutter?Let’s name it and fix it.

@Carmen Cervantes well, I would say yes! to all of the above. Mood boards, inspirational quotes, family photos, calming scenery photos that you love would be ways to cover up your white walls without too much hassle to start
Home office design
Hello Everyone, any ideas on how to design a small home office?

yes! I would love to hear some specifics, too. How do you want your space to function? Do you need storage?
