Live Session anyone ?
Hi everyone 💛 I’m thinking of hosting a live mixed media journaling session with an Ocean Theme 🌊 It will be a soft, creative session where we explore water, emotions, flow, and gentle self-expression through layers, collage, color, and intuitive mark-making. Before I plan the date and time, I wanted to ask: Would anyone here be interested in joining a live session? You don’t need to be “good at art.” Just bring your journal or paper, basic paints, collage scraps, and an open heart. Comment below if you’d love to join, and also let me know what day and timing works better for you. 💛

Anytime after 10:30am eastern time. Is there a way to do a time poll? Choose the best times for you and your family and we’ll work around your schedule if possible.
Doodles ?
Hello lovely creatives, I’ve just uploaded a new video for you exploring how doodling can become a gentle tool for self-reflection. Sometimes the shapes, lines, and repeated marks we make on paper are not random at all. They can hold feelings, thoughts, and patterns that we may not even realize we are carrying. In this video, I share how to look at doodling with more curiosity and use it as a soft creative practice for emotional awareness. This is not about making perfect art. It is about noticing, exploring, and giving yourself space. After you watch, I’d love for you to share: What kind of shapes or patterns do you naturally repeat? And how did this practice make you feel? Watch here: https://youtu.be/kK5RPFY6TBk?si=4WT4EhP11BLIxJi5 I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

This was fascinating. I like to doodle flowers and leaves/trailing vines.

How to Navigate Your Skool Classrooms
Hello everyone, just a quick guide to help you navigate the classroom area. I am building Skool as a place where you can easily find the kind of creative practice you need, because each classroom has a different focus. Healing Pages is for those of you who want art journaling, gentle prompts, and reflective creative practice. Page 2 For Renewal Check all the handouts in Healing Pages classroom. Create Without Judgment is for the monthly theme, where we connect more deeply with art through artist inspiration, journaling, and themed lessons. Whimsical Spring Illustrations is for light seasonal watercolor illustration that you can also enjoy as a family-friendly creative activity. Expressive Horses is for those who love horses and want to learn how to draw them in a loose, expressive way, from simple line work and one-stroke inspiration to mixed media exploration. And coming soon, I’ll also be adding HICAT exercises, which will offer more guided creative practices to support emotional expression and self-discovery through art. So if you are looking for something specific, just begin with the classroom that matches your interest. If anything feels confusing or you are not sure where to start, please message me anytime. I’ll be very happy to help.

Sana, how do I access the figure template?
Welcome to April inside Create Without Judgment 🤍
I’m so happy you’re here. To begin, click on Classroom and open Create Without Judgment. I recommend starting with the letter from me, so you can fully understand the heart behind this month’s journey and how I hope you’ll move through it. After that, explore Pick Your Artist, where I’ve shared this month’s inspiration to help you connect more deeply with the theme. Then move into the class and exercise section, where you’ll find our first journal spread now live — including the in-depth real-time video, along with the handouts and printable resources to support your process. This space is designed for you to move gently, create without pressure, and allow your art to become part of your story. Take your time, follow what speaks to you, and enjoy each step of the journey. I can’t wait to create with you through this April renewal series, one page at a time. 🤍

The journaling prompts were spot on for this one. I’ve been sitting with the questions for a couple of days. I felt led to add two snowy egrets to my painting, and I saw a pair on my afternoon walk! They’re not usually seen in pairs and it’s the first time I’ve seen them on my walk. Such a God wink. ☺️💕
