Class cancelled for the next couple of weeks.
At 12:50 this morning Emma gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. We are going to circle the wagons around the family and just enjoy the new born bubble for the next two weeks. For anyone getting up for this mornings class I’m sorry to cancel. But it is for the best reason. See you in a little bit. Much Love

What a great class!
Spinal Waves + Coordination
This Saturday morning join me for Spinal Eaves and Coordination. Over the 5 years we had Aspen Movement Gym here in Perth this was one of our most popular classes. We will wiggle, articulate, dance about to get the spine free and more lubricated. Then arm swings to loosen off tension in the neck and remind our bodies that our arms are rooted deep into our torso. And of course, it wouldn't be complete without some coordinative work that gets our brains to REALLY think about how we move and organise ourself in space. I recommend having some music of your own that you enjoy moving to. Lifestyle for Lowering Inflammation + Stress
When it comes to our lifestyle and daily habits there are so many things we can do to create positive change. Such as reducing exposure to toxins, increasing nutrient density, altering products and cleaning habits... I would love to know, are these types of things something you want more info on?
