Creativity as an income - commitment letter
From a year from now, I want my company to generate a good income (50.000,- dkr month). It should come from the things I love and from sharing my knowledge. - Illustrations, mostly nature, legends and history. - Creative workshops with and/or in the nature. - Coaching (mostly women with ADHD/AuDHD, especially those that also has work and/or family that take up time) on how to take a specific creative idea or UFO (unfinished object) and actually finishing it, based on my own experiences. Including specific techniques and nudging/encouragement during a specific time frame. The techniques they will be able to use after the program finish. Projects can range from scrapbooks, sweaters or paintings to organising creative materials or a new garden design. I commit to being in forums that support when needed and celebrate when there are victories. Both sharing my own hard times and success, and support others. My fear is that I have to go back to having a normal, boring 8-16 job. ~ Lone

@Pamela Saintonge thank you 😊 The snow queen is inspired by H.C. Andersons story. I was wondering if she took Kai with her, because she was alone and bored all by herself. "It is cold at the top" is a speaking here in Denmark, referring to that people that is at the top of society don't get much love from the people below. (And that mountains are colder at the top)
Small shift,big win

@Renee Kers I try not to look at the clock, but when I do, it is spead from 10pm-3am. I don't think I have liver problems. I don't consume alcohol, or smoke. I eat mostly home cooked meals with a lot of greens. Often from our own garden or organic. I don't eat meat, except for fish, shellfish and eggs. Minimal salt, caffeine and sugar. Lots of water.

@Tuuli Gress it has been like this my entire adult life (can't remember as a kid), but yes, that could also be a reason 🙂
Looking for 10 beta test users new AI
What's up, ADHD Harmony fam! I'm looking for 10 beta testers to try our brand new free AI-powered onboarding experience. We've built a powerful new assessments that will become the starting point for everyone doing the 5-Day Challenge going forward. What you'll be testing: 1. Your ADHD Snapshot (~25 min) 9 deep questions across three dimensions: Your ADHD Story, The Hidden Cost, and Why You're Here Now. At the end, our AI generates a personalized portrait of your ADHD experience. 2. The ADHD Awakening Assessment (~45 min) 15 questions that go even deeper across five dimensions: The Truth About Your Brain, Your Invisible Identity Cage, Rewriting Your Internal Code, The Harmony Reset, and Your Path Forward. This one maps out where you actually are right now: your patterns, your strengths, your limiting beliefs, and what your ideal life actually looks like. You'll get a full AI-generated psychological portrait that connects all the dots. This is the same assessment as the previous 5-Day Challenge, but potentially even richer since it uses the new ADHD snapshot assessment as extra context. You'll be doing this on the new Harmony AI platform, the same environment our paid program members use. You'll have access to the two worksheets only, not the other features. Who I'm looking for: - 5 people who have already done the 5-Day Challenge but want to experience the new assessment flow on the new platform - 5 people who are already in this community but haven't done the challenge yet (or missed it and have been wanting to jump in) How to apply: Drop "REDO" (if you already did the challenge) or "NEW "(if you are new and want to give this a try) in the comments below and I'll pick 10 people at random from the list. 💛 Jim

I just read 1984, so my first thought with the logo was "big brother is watching you" 😄🫣 The rest of the images are nice for the purpose, but personally I prefer handdrawn images where you can feel the soul behind 🙂

@Corinne Clements I really wished our calenders was build around the moon instead of 30/31 days 🙃
🎁 Free Blueprint Update + Next 5-day Challenge Announced
Hey ADHD Harmony fam! What a ride these last weeks have been. If you were on yesterday's live Q&A, you know. We watched back the recap video together and honestly, I got emotional again. Hearing your stories, your breakthroughs, the moments where something finally clicked. That is why I do this. 🎁 So here's the big update: The blueprint is unlocked!! Now let me be fully transparent about what changed and why. Originally I set the blueprint to unlock after 50 days of being active. The idea behind that was simple: the cycle between a challenge, a six-week program, and the next challenge is roughly 50 days. So my thinking was that if someone joins during the marketing phase before a challenge, they wouldn't get the blueprint too early, because you really need to do the challenge first for the blueprint to make sense. It's the next step, not the first step. But then I realized there was a lot of confusion. What does "active" even mean? Am I going to check everyone individually? It wasn't concrete, it wasn't transparent, and that bothered me. So I decided to flip it around. Instead of making you wait 50 days, I'm giving access to everyone who completed the five-day challenge. Right now, it's in the classroom "6 Week Transformation Blueprint". But here's my ask in return: I'm giving this away for free. And honestly, it's quite a lot. What I ask from you is simple: use it and engage in the community. Do your check-ins. Share your reflections. Post your wins and your struggles. Be real. Be vulnerable. Help others by showing up. Because here's the truth. If people stop posting and leave after the challenge, this community dies. And I don't want that. Not for me, not for you, not for the people who haven't found us yet. Now the practical stuff: If you completed the challenge, you should have received an invite in your email by now. So if you submitted your AI questions and received your report during the challenge, you're in. The invite was sent to the email address you used when doing the AI questions (see the screenshot attached, click "JOIN NOW" to receive access). If your Skool account uses a different email, please send me a DM and I'll get your Skool account access sorted. This was my only accurate way to track who actually completed the challenge.
