Big News, Nestlé USA reached out! 🙌
Hey fam! Just had to share this, Nestlé USA contacted me through the Upwork Enterprise program!! 🥳 I’m honestly so hyped right now. Didn’t expect it at all, but it feels amazing to have a huge brand like Nestlé notice my work. This isn’t a flex, more like a reminder that the work you’re putting in is worth it. The proposals, patience, and small wins all add up. 👊 Feeling grateful today and just wanted to share some good energy with you all. ❤️ Let’s keep pushing. Big things happen when you stay consistent. 💪

Newbie Suggestions
good to see y'all here I've been creating voice AI agents and automations consistently for the past 13 weeks day and night. Recently have got started with Upwork, and created a profile. Honestly, I've never had any experience with Upwork before, and even now, the most i know is that it costs you connects to apply for job proposals😂 Would really appreciate any suggestions here and there as to how can I start good on Upwork, and also any suggestions on how else can optimize my Freelancer profile.. here's my Upwork profile- https://www.upwork.com/freelancers/~01cb69716835a2e752?mp_source=share thanks.

I have a couple of suggestions: 1. Use the 15 slots available for skill tags, they are key for SEO. 2. Make your profile descriptions (both, main and specialized) longer, ideally, they should have at least 1500 characters. Make them easy to read by using lists and short paragraphs. 3. If your English level is good, consider making a video introduction summarizing who you are and what you can offer. 4. Ask for testimonials to your past clients, that will increase your social proof while you get reviews.
A Unique Experience: Working with an International Client
It feels amazing to work with a client from the USA and see my thumbnail design contributing to so many views truly a great learning experience!

Optimizing Your Upwork Profile = Optimizing for SEO
Think of your Upwork profile like a website. In SEO, if your website isn’t optimized with the right keywords and structure, clients can’t find you. The same goes for Upwork: your title, overview, and skills need to be strategically optimized so the right clients notice you. Small changes like adding client-focused keywords or clarifying your services can make a huge difference in how many invites you get. As an SEO expert, I’ve seen how proper optimization drives results and the same principle works perfectly for Upwork profiles. Have you tried optimizing your profile this way? What changes gave you the best results?
