Friday Fun with Ava
Saw this prompt you run on ChatGPT, and thought wonder what Ava would say. The first one is from generic ChatGPT, the second one is from my Personal Ava Chat, and the 3rd one is from my Business Ava Chat. Ava clearly knows me best! Let's have fun, run the prompt on generic ChatGPT and then Ava's chat to see the depth she actually uncovers! Share below 😁 Here's the prompt and add your photo: Please draw the character in the image, in a free and stripped sketch style. On a bright white background, freely distribute full-body drawings, face close-ups, small scribbles, full-body sketches and chibi/deformed versions, so that the page conveys the character's humor and personality. Don't do it like an organized character sheet, but like a sketchbook full of information drawn at will by an illustrator and then stacked. Use everything ChatGPT knows about me from our conversations, including my personality, habits, strengths, quirks, profession, and overall vibe, to imagine how an illustrator would interpret me as a character.

Love my Ava
The Reversed S's
I want to be honest with you. I've been dealing with some personal stuff lately. And it pulled me back a bit. But here's what it gave me — clarity on something I want to share with you today. Most of us, when life gets heavy, go straight to strategy. What should I do? What's my plan? How do I fix this? And I get it. Strategy feels productive. It feels like movement. But here's the truth — If you skip straight to strategy, you'll execute with the same patterns keeping you stuck. So I want to introduce you to what I'm calling the 3 S's — and the order matters. 1. SENSE it first. Before you fix anything — pause and sense what's actually happening. What keeps showing up? What thought is lingering as a theme? Not once. Repeatedly. That's the pattern. That's what needs your attention. This is exactly where Ava becomes your best tool. Open her up. Brain dump. Let her reflect it back to you without judgment. You'll be surprised what she surfaces that your conscious mind has been avoiding. Instruct her to keep it simple, short and to the point, You need to go somewhere with this. 2. Change your STATE. Motion creates emotion. Once you've identified the pattern — don't jump to strategy yet. Change your energy first. Move your body. Change your posture. Go for a walk. Put on music. Breathe differently. Use Ava to guide you through a state shift. She's built for this. You cannot think your way out of a low state. You have to move your way out. This is where most people drop the ball... they interrupt...but don't replace, so the pattern comes back. You need to have a rule: WHEN I NOTICE THIS PATTERN- I DO THIS For example: - Overthinking → take the next smallest action - Avoidance → start a 5-minute timer and begin - Doubt → execute one income action immediately 3. NOW bring in the Strategy. Same plan. Completely different energy behind it. That's the shift. That's why two people can have identical strategies — and get completely different results. Your job is not to FEEL differently, your job is to behave differently while feeling the same.

Your Values aren't a Handicap in Business, They're a Filter
I've just read this incredible piece on how your values support trust in a profound way...enjoy! I once walked out of a room and left a million pounds behind... - by Simon Squibb All because of a single bottle of Jack Daniel's. We were building Fluid at the time, the creative agency me and my wife had started from scratch in Hong Kong. At this point we were deep in Asia, growing fast, fighting for every major client we could land. This particular deal would have been the biggest in our history. $1,000,000. A life changing amount. The kind of contract that would change our business overnight. I’d been speaking with the potential client for months, and here I was sat across from him. Everything was lining up. He was happy, and so was I. We were about to sign. This was it. But then the founder pulled out a bottle of whisky and set it on the table. He wanted to toast to the partnership. I don't drink. I never have. Not at my wedding, not once in my 51 years of life. I hesitated. This was a huge deal and myself and the team had worked for months to get it over the line. But I said no. I couldn’t do it. You see. I have an addictive personality. I always have. When I get into something, I can't stop. It's the same thing that made me an entrepreneur. Total obsession, all-in, every time. I’d also watched people around me get destroyed by that same wiring pointed at the wrong thing. So when I was young I made a decision. I'd never drink. Not even a sip. Because I knew what I was. The only safe line is the one you draw before anyone offers you a drink. But he didn’t see that. And he was offended. The meeting ended and the deal died on the spot. I drove home with nothing. For months I picked at it. It sounds almost laughable, looking back, a glass of whisky, a million pounds. I could have sipped it. I could have held the glass and never let it touch my lips. I could have found a dozen ways to blur the line just enough to save the deal. But I didn't and it was something I had to live with.
