I specialize with helping mend the mind-body connection that often keeps us stuck from prioritizing ourselves, in the spins of emotional eating, mindset, body image and poor health and now its affecting their business and hindering our true happiness and full potential. So I am schooled (or skooled, lol) in numerous areas. I also travel a lot, so I apologize, if I am not super active in the group, I will try as much as possible.
