Hi everyone! 💛 One thing I’ve noticed over the years is that many people actually know (in general) what healthy eating looks like. The real challenge usually isn’t knowledge — it’s what happens when life gets full, energy is low, and we haven’t prepared ahead. That’s when old habits tend to come back in. Another important thing to remember is that we all have patterns. Certain times of the day, certain situations, or simply being tired can make us more likely to reach for quick, less supportive foods.
