I wanted to share something a little personal with you all. 🙂
I was recently featured in BoldJourney, and they asked me about my work, resilience, overwhelm, and some of the things I’ve learned along the way. Reading the finished interview, I realized how much of what I talked about is also why this space exists. I talked about making the world smaller when everything feels like too much, working with the capacity we actually have, and not building systems for some imaginary version of ourselves who has unlimited energy, perfect focus, and nothing unexpected happening. That woman does not exist. 😂 So if you’ve ever wondered a little more about the person behind the Operations Room, this is probably a pretty good introduction. I’m really proud of how it turned out. 🤍 I’ll drop the article below if you’d like to read it.

Other members, you seriously need to do this. I joined today feeling flustered and not knowing my next best move, and left motivated as hell and with total clarity. @Erin Rauch is SUCH a delight and knows just what to say to guide you to your own answer. She is definitely talented. And her sweet doggie wanting to be part of the action was just icing on the cake.

@Erin Rauch He is so sweet.
Welcome new members!!!
I realized I may not have personally welcomed everyone who has joined The Operations Room, so whether you joined yesterday or you’ve been quietly hanging out here for a while, welcome. I’m really glad you’re here. 😊 I’m shaping this into a place where we can bring real things we’re working through, support one another, and leave with a little more clarity, not another stream of content to keep up with. Introduce yourself below and tell us just one thing: What are you working on in your business right now?

If you're here, there's a good chance you're tired of feeling like you're carrying your business alone. Maybe you've been trying to keep up with algorithms, create endless content, learn every new tool, answer every email, and somehow still have energy left to serve your clients. I believe there's a different way. The Operations Room is a place for coaches and service providers who want to build calmer, more sustainable businesses through better systems, thoughtful AI, practical workflows, and genuine human connection. Around here, we believe in: 🤍 Presence over pressure. 🤍 Human to human. 🤍 Building a business that supports your life, not one that constantly asks for more of you. Start here: ✨ Introduce yourself in the comments and tell us: • Your name • Who you help • Where you're from • What's the biggest bottleneck in your business right now? Here's what you'll find inside: ✅ Practical systems and workflows ✅ AI that actually saves time ✅ Templates and checklists ✅ Behind-the-scenes business strategies ✅ Honest conversations with people who get it I'm so glad you're here. Let's build something that feels a little more human. Erin 🤍

@Nora Gianna I think I have a solid onboarding so it's going from free to paid. I'm not sure living in Denmark has shaped how I support families per se, but it has certainly had an impact on me in other ways.
If you've been quietly watching The Operations Room...this is for you. 🤍
Something that's surprised me this week... As I've been welcoming new members and reading everyone's onboarding responses, a pattern keeps emerging. Nobody has asked for more hustle. Nobody has asked for more productivity hacks. Instead, I've heard things like: "Help lol." "Community and assistance." "Trying not to get burnt out from doing everything myself." Those words have stayed with me. They remind me that The Operations Room isn't really about systems. It's about creating enough breathing room that your business starts supporting your life again instead of consuming it. Thank you to everyone who's trusted me enough to share where you are. You're shaping this community just as much as I am. 🤍 I'd love to ask you... What's one thing that feels heavier in your business than it should right now?
