Your Favorite Herbal Remedy
What is your favorite Herb and for what do you use it? What form do you prefer, powdered for capsule, loose leaf tea, or tincture?

I mixed boswellia with myrrh with Everclear grain alcohol, but I haven't been able to use it Because I had to go to Arizona and havent been able to make it home yet. I'll be back next week. I did make a balm that I brought with me of boswellia myrrh, turmeric, ginger powder, jojoba and beeswax, but it didnt help, tell me what I did wrong, please
