Summer Education Series
Our Monthly Members will have access to our Education Classes for Summer 2026. The first one will be on Saturday, June 6. We will discuss Herbal Medicine for Pain Management: Efficacy and Drug Interactions. The Gut Connection will happen on Saturday June 20, followed by Covid & Cancer Connection on Saturday June 27. Blood Sugar Management - Naturally
What are some things you have added to your routine that help you reduce your blood sugar levels? For me, I recently began a candida cleanse. I know I have it, and I know it is something I needed to get control over because it feeds inflammation and overworks the body's systems. The capsule I take includes pau d' arco, oregano extract, and black walnut hull extract with caprylic acid (from coconut oil). I instantly feel better and this morning, with my PCP checkup, my blood pressure was exactly perfect. (this regimen helps reduce inflammation, which can raise BP) What have you thought about adding to improve your blood sugar levels or improve the secondary effects to the organs?
