Why doing “more” is usually the problem
Most people don’t need more workouts, more rules, or more information. They often need less, just done consistently. More plans creates leads to more decisions. More decisions creates more friction, and more friction is the biggest killer consistency. This is why people bounce between programs, apps, and challenges. They are always adding "more", never allowing time to stabilise. We keep things simple: - One focus at a time - Clear non negotiable's - Letting go of what is not actually helping If it does not fit into a busy week, it does not belong in your plan. Consistency beats intensity every day of the week. Especially when life gets real.

I am guilty of this! Hardest part for me has always been figuring out the one focus to start with.
