The owner is someone I know well. Very active on Skool overall. She has been a member of my community for a long time, where I teach exactly how to set up and run a Skool community properly. Here is what happened when I walked in. ❔ No auto DM. On Skool, when you already have a chat history with someone, the auto DM does not fire. She did not know that. So I walked in silently with no welcome. ❔ No pinned welcome post. Just a feed full of content with no clear starting point. I had no idea where to go or what to do first. ❔ No welcome in the community. No tag, no shoutout, nothing. And it is a small group. She should have noticed me coming in and sent something personal since there was also no DM. ❔ No welcome area in the classroom either. I opened it hoping to find a start here section. Nothing. Classroom filled with content, no structure at all. So I did what most new members do in that situation. Nothing. I just scrolled and left. This person sat in my community for months. The answers to all of this were right there. Free. She could have asked me anything. She never did. And now her members are having the same experience I had yesterday. For some reson it upsets me. Keep on helping people that are not asking for it, is clearly not helping anyone. Or being valued. This is why I am now doing the community audits. To fix what is not working, for community owners that want it to be fixed. I have 2 spots left at the current price (179) before it goes up on September 1st (299). If your community has gaps you are not even aware of, now is the time. Ask me about in the comments and I will send you the details.
