Hi, I'm Liz from NJ. I landed here because I couldn't ignore the Instagram videos that seemed to be speaking directly to me. I've been struggling with perimenopause symptoms for 3 years. I recently started HRT (testosterone + progesterone) but I'm still struggling to lose the 24 lbs. I've gained over these last three years... despite consistent progressive overload strength training AND macro tracking. I also sleep TERRIBLY and it's making me insane. I'm hoping to understand my body better with the information here, and be able to take steps to help myself feel better.
