🚨 Reminder Thrivers! We’re officially transitioning out of Facebook and fully into Skool — this is our new home! 🎉 Let’s kick things off strong — drop your Win, Why, or When below 👇 💥 Win: Big or small — personal, fitness, or business — share something you’re proud of! Learning to see and celebrate your wins is how we build momentum. 💫 Why: In prep for our upcoming challenge, take a moment to reflect on your why. What drives you? Why do you show up? Reconnecting with that fire keeps you grounded when things get hard. 🔥 When: In the next challenge, you’ll be asked to choose and complete a physical challenge — something NEW and a little scary. Maybe it’s a run, HYROX event, hike, or race. If you already have your “when,” share it here! I love this visual from Multipliers — a reminder that pushing too far outside your comfort zone can keep you from truly growing. I think of it like race training: The real success isn’t just crossing the finish line — it’s the habits and lifestyle you build along the way. If you train hard, complete the race, and then slip back into old routines, you miss the transformation that comes from consistent growth. Let’s focus on becoming the person who lives that lifestyle — not just trains for the moment. ⚡ Ready to level up? Our next challenge kicks off Monday, October 13! 👉 Register here: https://pivotnexecute.com/challenges

Win-sday I’ve struggled for 5 years to “loose weight,” menopause and a hysterectomy has had my body hanging on. Then in June I broke my foot, 8 weeks in a boot and one step at a time since then. I know not to take the scale number to heart, but I’m human. Even watching what I ate while healing, I still gained 8 pounds. About a month ago I found a new doctor who listened and ran a blood test. No estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone. To make things worse my cortisol levels are low. My body was done fighting. The doctor started me on those hormones and I’ve had to wait. This morning I stepped on the scale, 4 pounds heavier. I blew it off knowing I would take my measurements as well. Here is the reason why the scale doesn’t matter. In two weeks I lost 1” in my chest, hips and waist. Body fat is down 1.3 % Added 1 pound of muscle mass Today was a win
