Fill in the blank. Losing Weight is ______.
A lot of people answer with, "Losing weight is hard." And I agree - It sure can be. ✨But I'm freakin' tired of living my life that way, and decided to change this up. Maybe we should try a different approach to weight loss. Maybe we should have party vibes for weight loss and dieting! We spend so much time doing it (thinking about weight loss), we might as well make it FUN! My group is called Weight Loss Party™ for Women 🎉 My community is where weight loss can be more fun, achievable, and supported. The go-to place on the Skool platform where women entrepreneurs come to share what's working for them, and also has a S.O.S. category for help with struggles. I'm determined to create a movement that will transform the way we think about weight loss. 🔥 I'll be starting an Eat Less Sugar Challenge in the group next week. 🔥 I'm in the Founding Members stage of the community. The Founders will be "Grandmothered" in at the free level. The group is free for the first 30 founding members. https://www.skool.com/weight-loss-party-5311/about

This is such an important topic! I’m a dog caregiver and I have a dog as well. She is no longer a puppy… When I first got her, she had IBS and I suspect that was from very poor quality food and also some reaction to an injected medical product that they give to dogs. Since I’ve had her on healthy food almost 8 years later, she has much healthier gut and health. She has a pleasant temperament. Recently, I started giving her raw meat patties mixed with other nutritious foods. The kibble is too hard for her teeth, even though I was giving a very high-quality kibble. But I think it’s just so unnatural to eat kibble. I also make her food sometimes with a mix of various types of real food. She loves it.

Get your typing fingers ready.... it's Friend Friday!!!! That means that IN THE COMMENTS BELOW, you get to shout out a group that has provided value to you or that you think others would benefit from. But don't just drop a link, give us some context. Let us know what it's amazing, how it has helped you, or what type of person it's meant for. Then tag the person or send them a DM to let them know that you mentioned them here! You'll make their weeking - I promise. 😊 Unfortunately, shoutouts that are posted in the main feed will be deleted. Have a great weekend!

I missed sharing this! I want to recommend Laurie Mishmash's group, Golden Years. She’s a wonderful, caring person and a nurse with a true heart for helping seniors make the most of their golden years. She’s been one of the first people I connected with since I started my Skool group. She’s doing wonderful work, and her group is a really supportive place for seniors and their family and friends who love them. 💛 https://www.skool.com/golden-years-8768/about?ref=23c72b908f7340649108ce5e13580654
Are you living with a sensitive dog?
Hi, I’m Stevi. I’m a cancer nurse, published author and visual artist raising an adolescent rescue named Eclipse. Eclipse is a working-dog mix, made up of about 14 breeds. He’s sensitive, intuitive, easily overwhelmed, and scarily smart! Living with him has forced me to unlearn almost everything I thought I knew about dogs. Recovery time matters. Appetite comes and goes. Stress shows up quietly. Standard approaches often miss the mark. I’ve started a small Skool community (Oh My Dog) for guardians of complex or sensitive dogs. Oh My Dog, didn’t start with trainers or experts (although we now have a few members who are trainers &/or experts). Most of us are just people living with dogs who need more space, more patience, and a different lens. If you’re caring for a dog who feels deeply, retreats after stimulation, struggles with routine expectations, or just doesn’t fit the usual boxes, you’re very welcome to join us at Oh My Dog. 📸 Eclipse in his pink era

Oh what a cute dog. My dog used to be sensitive when she had IBS but she’s gotten a more sturdy and resilient now. I do care for a lot of dogs that are sensitive. Several have major anxiety and special needs. I love the name of your group. 🐶
Resilient From the Inside Out
When your body is supported, you feel better. Life hits differently. You bounce back faster. You move through stress and trauma more easily. Heavy emotions don’t stick the same way. You stay grounded. You adapt more easily. That’s the power of cooking on the cleanest surface and getting maximum nutrition from your cooked food. Did you know there are limited regulations on cookware in the U.S.? Can you “bend like Neo” under life’s pressure?
