@Emil Moldovan - I think much better, but have to actually check the results of the bloodwork I had done last week still. I still have moments when I feel dizzy or exhausted, but overall, much, much better than I felt in December!! Thank you for asking :)

🌿 If you could sit with any traditional healer from history… 🌿
Imagine sitting by a quiet fire, the scent of herbs in the air, listening to the wisdom of someone who knew how to speak the language of plants — not just with the mind, but with the heart. ✨ Who would that healer be for you? Would it be a tribal shaman, an Amazonian curandero, a Taoist herbal master, a village midwife, or perhaps one of your own ancestors? And if you could ask them one question about plant medicine, what would it be? Would you ask how they discovered a plant’s spirit? Or how to bring nature’s rhythm back into our modern way of healing? Let’s open a circle of reflection —💬 Share which healer calls to you, and what question you’d bring to that sacred conversation. Maybe, through our collective curiosity, we can remember a bit more of that ancient wisdom together. 🌱✨ #################### Update: 🌿 Deep Dive: The Power of Intention in Healing & Living A follow-up to “If you could sit with any traditional healer from history…” A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined the inspiring conversation around healing, history, and heart-led living. Special gratitude to @Veronika Hübner for her profound perspective that took us on a journey far beyond the expected. Here’s what emerged from our dialogue: 🌿 The Gifts of the Magi – Exploring plants like sage not just as remedies, but as symbols of reverence and spiritual connection. 💞 The Power of the WHY – Discovering that the intention behind healing matters more than the method itself. 🌍 Returning to the Natural – How listening to our bodies and communities realigns us with true well-being. 💧 Mindset as Medicine – The role of faith and conscious ritual, inspired by insights like Masaru Emoto’s water experiments. This isn’t about religion—it’s about conscious living, healing from the heart, and realigning our actions with purpose. 🎥 Watch the Full ConversationThe recording of our conversation is now available here and in the Clasroom:👉 https://www.skool.com/nature-inspired-living-2560/classroom/bb02311a?md=2aae2bbaa45f443a92c7cca6cc95f84d

🌿 Squash Season is Here! How Do You Enjoy This Garden Giant?
It’s that time of year when squash seems to multiply overnight! 🎃 Whether you grow your own or pick them up locally, these vibrant veggies bring versatility, nutrition, and earthy sweetness to our plates. As someone who leans strongly into raw and living foods, I’m always curious how others like to use seasonal ingredients like squash — especially when they’re not typically eaten raw! How do you love to prepare squash? Let’s inspire each other with ideas like: 🥗 Raw & Fresh: Spiralized “zoodles,” thinly shaved in salads, or marinated with herbs ☀️ Dehydrated: Squash chips, leathers, or marinated slices 🥒 Fermented: Pickled squash, or adding it to kraut and kimchi 🌿 Seed Power: Roasted or sprouted squash seeds as snacks or toppings 🍵 Warmed Gently: Lightly steamed, baked at low temps, or in soups No rules, no judgment — just a friendly space to share inspiration, tips, and recipes that honor real food in all its forms. I’d love to hear from you! What’s your go-to squash recipe? Any creative ways you keep it raw or lightly prepared? Drop your ideas below — let’s celebrate the harvest together! 👇 Here another post from @Vasi Smith https://www.skool.com/nature-inspired-living-2560/humble-harvest #SquashSeason #PlantBased #RawFood #VegetableRecipes #EatSeasonal #GardenToTable #HealthyEating #FoodCommunity

@Emil Moldovan Thank you!! I have really Good days and really exhausted days - usually the exhausted days come immediately after the good days as I haven't yet dialled in the whole "don't do too much when you feel good" aspect of recovering from this yet 🤪 Sat on the couch all day yesterday - even cutting up my stewing beef took too much effort to finish! Today I feel better and will be more intentional about moving slow and being proactive about honouring the energy that I want to have tomorrow, not just how I feel today 🥰

Oooo…. Great question! The biggest thing for me was a couple years ago when I experienced huge hormone issues and needed to take blood clotting meds to regulate my cycle… I had no choice the first two months and then found shepherd’s purse which is an amazing little tincture that completely stops bleeding almost immediately!! That along with seed cycling (using different ground seeds at specific times during the month along with borage or primrose oil) worked wonders for my hormones! The seeds were ground flax, chia or pumpkin at the beginning and sesame or sunflower at the end. It was pretty cool and I’m going to start again soon!!

@Amy Locks so sorry to hear that! The seed cycling was super helpful and might be helpful for you too - would you like a copy of the chart I used?
