The two beds shown are being divided based on function of the particular herb. For example- one section has plants for skin and tissue; another is grouped together for digestion; one is strictly nervine. How do you or would you create a themed garden?
@Holly Ross yep, same feeling just flip flopped. Probably because up north we spend more of our year indoors (at least I do as I don’t enjoy outdoor cold winter activities!), but down south it’s the opposite!
Maybe we could do a youtube house swap series… You come here in June & July & August to do my yard up pretty, and I’ll come there those months and redo your inside! (I’m actually in the middle of a bunch of DIY home reno stuff and documenting it as I go for future YouTube & Skool group plans… Kind of like what you are doing but with inside my house!)
Still just barely have buds on the trees around here! 😑 Only thing I’m really seeing is daffodils at the moment. (and those are in other people’s yards, because I haven’t planted any of mine 😂) This was yard on April 19th!!
I’ve not ever heard of rose scented geraniums?? What a very nifty way to use them! I want to plant some strong smelling carnations in my yard, but I’ve only ever seem them at a greenhouse once, a couple years ago, and didn’t buy them 😕 so I may just have to start from seed when I decide where I want them.
In my case it's too often the poor plants that regret me buying them! 🤦🏼♀️ I don't always do well by them as they sit in their little plastic homes waiting for me to finally put them in the ground!
oregano (and just a good mix of all the dried Italian herbs really) I keep a small spice jar of italian herb mix in my glovebox so I can take it into restaurants with me!
