No classes for July
Hello all! We are traveling a lot this month plus work obligations = no classes for July. Plus, there has been very little interaction with the classes and content over the past year, so I am also evaluating the future of the school. So, if you want to keep the school open, now is the time to let me know if you’re finding value in the school.
Passion Vine Tincture- A Recipe
Here is a simple recipe for an herbal tincture with Passion Vine. This is a great one if you or someone you love struggles with looping thought patterns or has trouble getting to sleep.

Yarrow and Passion Vine
Yarrow and Passion vine are happy together and work well for balancing the body. Passion vine is a very effective nervine- helping to calm the system and stop racing/looping thoughts. But, it doesn't provide much for the rest of the body. Yarrow is a great compliment to those properties. Yarrow is a grounding herb, adding balance to the body, improving the circulatory system and improving tissue repair. See the pdf for a tea recipe and more details.

Say Goodbye to Inflammation- Calming the nervous sytem
Our nervous system has a huge impact on the chronic inflammation that is killing us. I included 8 nervines (herbs that impact the nervous system) in this class. Do you use these? Do you have other nervines that you love?
