I have 25 members in my community of 3 months old. 3 of them is from organic growth and they comment 4 days a week the rest is dead quiet. Tried polls, this or that, even a DM personally to each beginning of the month how can I help and still nothing. It's affecting my discovery rating very frustrating. Any advice please. My other problem is I had 23 people visiting my about page and not one joined what can I do about that. Any help or advice will be much appreciated.

I have a crazy and beautiful week behind me. We had family visiting us in Europe and were travelling, and while all of that was going on I managed to keep managing Skool ads, stay consistent in the traffic challenge (with $3,602 MRR growth since the beginning and 19 days of consistent daily reporting), and launch our AI certification where we welcomed over 70 students 🥳 Now, how do you do THE MOST when you feel like you can do the least—and actually do it from a place of genuine self-love and care rather than hustle and a feeling of obligation? Hi everyone. I'm new here. I see everyone saying they have X amount of members in X amount of days. Does this start after you have all of your courses and everything else complete? Or do you build your community and your courses at the same time. I have severe ADHD and I keep wanting to invite people to an empty room. I had someone request membership after I made my profile banner. That's literally all I had. One image set. Then I went to bed, and woke up with a pending membership. I'm kinda confused on this. Is there a video for S-K-O-O-L beginners?
