Need some advise please

I have 25 members in my community of 3 months old. 3 of them is from organic growth and they comment 4 days a week the rest is dead quiet. Tried polls, this or that, even a DM personally to each beginning of the month how can I help and still nothing. It's affecting my discovery rating very frustrating. Any advice please.

My other problem is I had 23 people visiting my about page and not one joined what can I do about that.

Any help or advice will be much appreciated.
