What is your scrum journey?
Everyone's journey to scrum is different. Mine was a little crazy too. Starting as a teacher, going through the panini press, realizing that I can make a better paycheck using all the skills I already had. And all I had to do was move to Oklahoma. 🥴 You can hear more about my scrum journey in this video below. Tell me, what is your scrum journey?

@Duane Hill scrum journey update: did the required class hours last weekend, passed the exam this weekend! 😊 I was curious as to what subjects you were teaching, and my suspicions were confirmed when I watched your video- that your background is tech-related. I'm curious to learn more about PM and/ or scrum for non-technical fields, though. Would you be able to speak to that at all?

Is anyone studying for their PMP?
This has been my great white whale since I got in the field. This will be my last spring without it. Maybe we can do a study group or live sessions as I go through the test material. 🤷🏾♂️

I'm currently studying for CAPM ... need to get the appropriate work experience before I can do PMP, but I do think the sooner I start studying that material, the easier the exam will be!

Ok everyone. if you could waive a magic wand and create a scrum master position in ANY industry what would it be? example: School Scrum Master/ Project Manager Scrum master for a girl scout troop Project manager for an AAU Team

Either: for a creative writing group to manuscript to printed book pipeline Or: for a textile craft group that offers courses in designing, making, and selling/ exhibiting at craft fairs Or: Wellness and relaxation retreat center

@Duane Hill those are my hobbies that I've sometimes done courses in, but usually just do for myself at home 😊 ... but you said 'magic wand' so I took it and ran with it 🤩
