Another over-share 😎
My sister would have been 40 today. She passed away on March 7, 2015, and for whatever reason, I made the “mistake” today of going back and looking through her Facebook. That hit me a lot harder than I expected. I’ve always thought I handled her birthday and the anniversary of her passing pretty well over the years. But today made me wonder if maybe I didn’t handle it as well as I thought. Maybe I just got really good at blocking out some of the feelings and carrying on. Seeing her pictures, reading old posts, seeing her name and little pieces of a life that feels both so long ago and like yesterday brought a lot of it back. Grief is strange like that. You can go months or years feeling like you’re okay, and then something small opens a door you thought you had closed. A picture. A song. A birthday. A memory. And suddenly the sadness is right there again. But I also think that’s part of loving someone and losing them. You don’t necessarily “get over” it. You just learn how to carry it while continuing to live your life. There are going to be hard days. There are going to be moments when sadness wins for a little while. And I think it’s okay to let yourself feel those moments instead of always trying to push them away. Then you keep going. You work. You laugh. You raise your family. You build things. You make memories. You appreciate the people who are still here. And you carry a little piece of the people you’ve lost with you through all of it. Life keeps moving, and somehow we find a way to move with it. Happy 40th birthday, sis. Wish you were here. ❤️

Aaron that is beautiful! Grief is deeply personal. We all carry loss differently and even as the years pass certain days and milestones can bring it all back. Thinking of you Aaron and sending the biggest hug 🤗
🔥 THE CHALLENGE MAY BE OVER… BUT THE WORK ISN’T.
I don’t want this group to disappear just because our Summer Accountability Challenge has wrapped up. Keep posting. Keep checking in. Keep sharing your wins, your workouts, your struggles, your meals, your questions — all of it. Accountability works best when we actually USE it, and there’s no reason we can’t keep this community going and continue pushing each other forward. 💪 🏆 PRIZE WINNERS: If you won a prize or an upgrade during the previous challenge, please reach out to me by email so we can get your add-ons set up! And one more thing… 👀 If you’re in this group but you’re NOT currently a Hustle member… maybe it’s time to make the leap. You’ve already been part of the community. You’ve seen what we’re about. Now come take advantage of everything Hustle has to offer. I’m going to offer a SPECIAL SKOOL MEMBER DISCOUNT to anyone in this group who isn’t currently a Hustle member and wants to join. Send me a message or email and I’ll give you the details. Don’t lose the momentum you’ve built. The challenge was 8 weeks. The goal is to make this a lifestyle. 🔥 Let’s keep this group ACTIVE!

This is why we train. Keep moving and take care of ourselves so we can enjoy days like this! Walk for hours keep up explore have fun and enjoy a totally unhealthy meal It’s not just about the workouts it’s about building a body that lets us keep doing the things we love!

🏆🔥 SUMMER ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE — FINAL WINNERS! 🔥🏆
That’s a wrap on our 8-week Summer Accountability Challenge! First off, I want to thank EVERYONE who participated, checked in, completed challenges, encouraged other members and kept showing up throughout the summer. Summer is probably one of the hardest times of year to stay consistent. Vacations, BBQs, weekends away, kids, work, drinks, good food… LIFE. 😂 The whole point of this challenge was never perfection. It was about ACCOUNTABILITY, CONSISTENCY and finding ways to keep moving forward even when life gets in the way. After eight weeks of challenges, check-ins and points, here are our FINAL TOP 3! 👇 🥇 1ST PLACE — STEPH BETTS! 🏆🔥 I don’t think this one will surprise anybody. 😂 Steph was an absolute MACHINE throughout this challenge. She participated, checked in, encouraged everyone else and completed pretty much everything I threw at the group. The funny part is… Steph has pretty much already won her Recovery Room and Tanning upgrades through all the weekly prizes she’s collected. 😂 So Steph, I hope you’re OK with that! There’s only so much winning Steph can do in eight weeks! 🤣🏆 Seriously though — incredibly well deserved. 🥈 2ND PLACE — CAITLIN DAVIES! 🔥 Caitlin earns her choice of a Recovery Room OR Tanning Membership Upgrade! She stayed consistent with her lifting, became more aware of her daily movement and kept herself accountable throughout the summer. She’s heading into fall within 10 lbs of her goal and in a completely different place than she was this time last year. Awesome work! 💪 🥉 TIED FOR 3RD — NORA CONNELL & GRACE SULLIVAN! 🔥🔥 We had a tie, so BOTH of you are getting the third-place prize! You can each choose a Recovery Room OR Tanning Membership Upgrade! Both of you stayed involved and accountable through your own challenges this summer, and you earned it! 👏 CONGRATULATIONS STEPH, CAITLIN, NORA & GRACE! 👏 And again, thank you to EVERYONE who participated. Reading through all of your final check-ins really reinforced why we did this. Some people lost weight. Some lost inches. Some got stronger. Some attended more classes. Some improved their eating. Some simply managed to maintain through a crazy summer.

This is officially the FINAL Sunday of our Summer Accountability Challenge! ☀️💪 Whether you crushed every week, had some ups and downs, disappeared for a bit and came back, or completely fell off — I want EVERYONE to check in today. This challenge was never about being perfect. It was about staying connected, building better habits, creating accountability and trying to keep some momentum through a busy summer. 👇 For your FINAL check-in, tell us: 1️⃣ What was your biggest WIN this summer? 2️⃣ What was your biggest STRUGGLE? 3️⃣ Did this challenge help keep you more accountable? 4️⃣ What did you LIKE most about it? 5️⃣ What would you CHANGE or ADD next time? 6️⃣ Where are you right now, and what’s your goal heading into fall? And PLEASE be honest with your feedback! We want to keep making these programs better. 🍂 AND NOW… IT’S TIME FOR THE FALL RESET! Our brand-new 8-week Fall Reset Program starts September 14, and if summer didn’t go exactly the way you planned, this is your opportunity to RESET. This is NOT another version of our old challenges. Whether your goal is losing weight, dropping body fat and inches, getting stronger, improving your fitness or simply getting back into a routine — September 14 is your fresh start. If you fell off this summer, CHECK IN TODAY ANYWAY. Then make the decision that summer is over and you’re ready to move forward. 🔥 Finish the Summer Challenge. 🔥 FINAL SUNDAY CHECK-IN — SUMMER ACCOUNTABILITY CHALLENGE! 🔥 1️⃣ What was your biggest WIN this summer? Consistency and weights Consistency over perfection 2️⃣ What was your biggest STRUGGLE? Definitely my all or nothing mentality and learning a less than perfect day doesn’t undue all the good things. 3️⃣ Did this challenge help keep you more accountable? For sure! I liked the accountability of it especially on the days when it was difficult. 4️⃣ What did you LIKE most about it? Being able to participate from a distance and the challenges. It was definitely motivating and didn’t feel like a competition. 5️⃣ What would you CHANGE or ADD next time? More challenges Little milestones or goals along the way 6️⃣ Where are you right now, and what’s your goal heading into fall? Keep building strength and staying consistent THANK YOU AARON!!
