If AI feels “overwhelming”, you’re probably trying to use it like a superpower instead of a habit.
The people getting mad results with AI aren’t doing 10 fancy workflows a day. They’ve just baked one tiny AI habit into their routine. Example: Before you post anything online, paste it into ChatGPT and ask: “How can I make this 20% clearer, shorter, and more engaging without changing my voice?” That one habit compounds. Cleaner posts → more replies → more momentum → more confidence. You don’t need more AI tools. You need one AI habit you’ll actually stick to. What’s one small place in your day AI could quietly make you better?
