Hi everybody, My name is Mutlu Yilmazer. I’m an, artist, musician and interdisiplinary independent researcher based in Germany. For the past 25+ years I’ve been deeply involved with sound — first through the ney (end-blown flute), later through developing a guitar retuning system called Rasttar, inspired by natural overtone structures. Over time, what started as artistic exploration evolved into something much bigger: a simple but powerful way for people to reconnect with music — and with themselves. This is how the Happy G-Tar Project was born. The idea is simple:Retune your guitar. Start playing immediately. No complexity. No pressure. Just resonance. The long-term vision is bold — reaching 1,000,000 people globally and building a movement around accessible music-making as a tool for wellbeing, connection, and burnout prevention. But right now, I’m starting small. I’m looking for pioneers — especially guitar players — who are curious enough to try the tuning, explore the system, and help shape the first version of this platform. We’ll begin with live sessions, build the curriculum organically, and create the foundational content together. If you’re open-minded, patient, and interested in being part of something at the very beginning, I’d love to connect. Thank you for being here.Let’s retune and play. I am happy to answer any questions and apreciate your feedback.
