🚨🚨 Launch Alert - The Self-Trust Method 🚨🚨
There's a version of you that already knows what to say. She rehearses it in the shower, drafts it in her head on the drive home, says it perfectly to the mirror. And then the moment actually arrives — the conversation with your partner, the ask at work, the boundary with a friend — and she goes quiet. Again. If that's familiar, this isn't a confidence problem. It's a pattern. And it's costing you more than you probably realize. What This Is Actually Costing You Time: Every hard conversation you avoid doesn't disappear it just moves into your head, where you replay it for hours, sometimes days, instead of having it out loud in the ninety seconds it would actually take. Add up the nights lost to rehearsing, rewriting, and re-litigating, and self-doubt isn't just an emotional cost. It's hours and hours of your life you don't get back. Money: The raise you didn't ask for. The rate you undercharged because negotiating felt too risky. The business idea still sitting in a notes app because starting it would mean being seen and possibly failing. Self-doubt doesn't just feel bad it has a real, calculable price tag, and most people are paying it quietly, year after year, without ever naming it. Relationships: Saying yes when you mean no. Staying quiet to keep the peace. Picking people and situations that don't ask you to speak up, because some part of you learned that not speaking up was safer than the alternative. Over time, this doesn't just cost you individual conversations — it shapes who ends up close to you, and how much of yourself you actually get to bring. How This Shows Up It rarely announces itself as "self-doubt." It shows up as: - Agreeing in the meeting, resenting it in the car - A boundary you've rehearsed a dozen times and never delivered - Asking three people what they think before trusting what you already know - Going quiet in the exact conversation where your needs are actually on the table - Feeling completely capable everywhere except in your own judgment

Have you ever gotten close to a breakthrough in your business and then quietly pulled back right before it arrived? Not because you ran out of strategy. Not because the offer wasn't good enough. But because something in you slowed down, got distracted, or found a reason to start over right when things were about to work. Imagine this instead: you finally understand why that happens and the next time you feel yourself approaching that edge, you recognize it in real time. You pause instead of retreating. You keep moving instead of starting over for the fifth time. That shift alone, just learning to see the pattern as it's happening, changes what the next 90 days of your business can look like. Right now, that ceiling is costing you more than you probably realize. It's costing you time, the weeks spent rebuilding something that didn't need to be rebuilt, the hours lost to a spiral of "why do I keep doing this." It's costing you money the launch that got pushed back, the offer you quietly let stall instead of pricing it the way it deserved. It's costing you to progress the version of your business you know is possible, still sitting one ceiling away, because the pattern keeps repeating before you ever get the chance to break it. This masterclass is where that changes. In one live session, you'll learn why the ceiling isn't a skills gap, it's a safety threshold your nervous system set a long time ago and you'll walk away with a real, usable tool to interrupt the pattern the next time you feel it happening. Save your seat for "The Leadership Ceiling: Why You Stall Right Before the Breakthrough" live, free, and built for the exact moment you're in right now. Value $129
Roast My Offer
Being Stuck Leaves Clues Do you ever feel like you keep getting stuck in the same place? Imagine making decisions faster, trusting yourself more, following through on what you start, and finally feeling like you're moving forward instead of going in circles. If you keep saying, "I'll start Monday," "I'm not ready yet," or "I need to think about it more," you're not alone. Being stuck costs more than most people realize. It costs time because you keep putting things off. It costs money because opportunities pass by and ideas stay unfinished. And it costs confidence because every time you don't follow through, it's easy to wonder what's wrong with you. The good news? Nothing is wrong with you. Many people notice small shifts inside Unstuck because things finally start making sense. They stop blaming themselves, understand the pattern that's been holding them back, and begin taking action with more confidence and less frustration. Unstuck — $37 Find the clue. Understand the pattern. Start moving forward.

🚨🔥🚒 NEW COURSE ALERT 🔥🚒🚨 Why Do I Apologize For Everything?
Why Do I Apologize For Everything? The Regulated Leader Founders: Price Until May 30 → $9 You said sorry again. Before the meeting even started. Before anyone said you’d done anything wrong. Before there was even something to apologize for. And even when you noticed yourself doing it…you still couldn’t stop. This is one of the quietest nervous system patterns high-achieving leaders carry: 🪅 apologizing before speaking 🪅over-explaining 🪅 making yourself smaller 🪅 saying yes too quickly 🪅 emotionally managing everyone around you 🪅 feeling responsible for other people’s comfort Not because you’re weak. Not because you lack confidence. But because somewhere along the way, your nervous system learned: 💫 other people’s comfort = safety And that pattern has likely been running your leadership, relationships, and decision-making ever since. Inside this classroom we break down: 💰the nervous system pattern underneath over-apologizing 💰why boundaries feel uncomfortable 💰 people pleasing + emotional responsibility 💰 how self-worth becomes tied to approval 💰how to stop fighting yourself and start understanding yourself This is not about becoming cold or aggressive. It’s about learning how to stay connected to yourself while still being connected to others. Because when you stop abandoning yourself to keep everyone else comfortable… everything changes. The Regulated Leader Founders Price: $9 until May 30 🤍

@Sean Hegarty Ok I will try and revisit this with some of my community. It's interesting because I have had others really like the about page and that it's clear. So I am trying to find middle ground to ensure it fits for everyone. I also see what your saying about the program it's self. It's in the classroom. All of my courses even live ones will also be in the classroom. But good note for future.
