This lottery is coming at a good time because my mini dachshund Hayley became paralyzed about 8 weeks ago. All the sudden she went from perfectly healthy to losing the use of her back legs. It was devastating. My fiancé and I rushed her into emergency surgery for a ruptured disc, and went into a huge amount of debt for the MRI, anesthesia, and surgery.
