With the Cashews and the Avocados (and others...) you can react up to 72 hours from them! I was vegan for two years before I found out they were causing me many migraines. Those things are triggers but not causes of migraines. So, what could be causing you to be triggered, I wonder?
@Hannah Merle There was a huge drop in air pressure (barometric pressure) on Saturday... I wonder if your migraines come sometimes with changes in the weather. This can be due to neuroinflammation. Also, I am so sorry you had another migraine - They are the WORST!
