When Pushing Harder Stops Working
I’ve been sitting with something lately. For years, I believed the pressure and exhaustion were just part of the phase. That if I just stayed in it a little longer, things would eventually feel lighter. What I see now is that nothing changes unless the design changes. When your business requires constant supervision, it quietly steals your ambition — not because you stop caring, but because you don’t have the capacity to want more. Structure doesn’t exist to make life easier. It exists to make growth sustainable. More on this soon. Just wanted to name that out loud. Who can relate?
