(ie. e., 2-hour workshop, micro course, and/or Done-With-You private Implementation program) Are you interested in building a team of 24/7 easy AI employees so you don't need to hire? I'm talking about a true *agentic* AI employee staff that you don't need to program, and has a very minor setup process (100% no code no-tech). (And comes wit pre-made installable templates.) Sounds great. . I use Claude mostly and just tentively given claude access to my email. . So having agents doing work for me may just be helpful.

@Wendy Breakstone Great question Wendy! Since I'm not overwhelmed with emails just yet, I'd probably start with a content repurposing agent, taking one piece of writing and turning it into social captions, so I get used to delegating creative grunt work early. Second would be a research/summarizing agent, something that could scan through info and pull out what's actually useful, brilliant for staying on top of a niche without drowning in it. Figured I'd rather learn the ropes now before the business side gets busier

I heard that ChatGPT Codex is getting BIG updates...
OpenAI is {re}building Codex directly into the chatgpt desktop app. AND they're rolling out a feature called "Sites" in beta that will be rolled out soon. This will give you the ability to share pages publicly. https://developers.openai.com/codex/sites

@Holger Morlok - Holger this is such a helpful breakdown — thank you. I work with Claude differently — building wellbeing tools and apps through artifacts and Lovable rather than the terminal — but it’s fascinating to see how many ways in there are. The “talk to it like a teammate” bit though? That part I completely recognise. 😄
