Build Your Easy AI Employees in October!
On Oct 1st, I'm kicking off a Build Your Easy AI Employees Month inside The Solo Expert OS Student Group. This will be the EASIEST, LOW-EFFORT way to create your full team of AI Employees. I'm going to hand you a pre-built set of AI Employees that install into your Grokbot with 1-click. That way you don't have to make guesses on what to build. You'll have AI employees working for you on Day 1. (𝗜 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗮 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗶𝘁'𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴.😍) This is for non-techie business owners who want agentic AI bots that handle 75% of their workload. Comment below 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 and I'll send you the promo code to sign up. The foundation of my Easy AI Employees system is built on my Solo Expert OS™️. This also means that as other AI platforms release agentic employee features, you'll be able to migrate as needed. Easy AI Employees gives you the power to leap over the Claude Code or Codex learning curve, and get the best support from your AI Employees with minimal work and setup. If you want in on the Build Your Easy AI Employees Month, you need to enroll in The Solo Expert OS. If you're ready to have a full team of AI Employees doing work without you having to ask, then Build Your AI Employees {Non}Challenge is for you. 𝐈𝐌𝐏𝐎𝐑𝐓𝐀𝐍𝐓: 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐝𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐬𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮 $𝟐𝟎𝟎 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐲 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝟑𝟎𝐭𝐡. Comment below 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 - and I'll send you the promo code to sign up. (When you enroll, you'll get full access to the entire Solo Expert OS system, INCLUDING the October Build Your Easy AI Employees Month.) -----DISCLAIMER Currently, the best way to build these Easy AI Employees is in Grokbot. And so that's the platform we'll be using for October. As other LLMs emerge with these types of agentic platforms, we will also be exploring those. Many people have expressed their deep hesitation to use a product made by X and its owner. I understand and feel that as well. However, this particular product (GrokBot) is extremely unique right now and gives me an immense strategic advantage in my business. I'd rather take advantage of it VS miss out.

@Stephanie Davis I know! but I think it's also kind of exciting!
Creating an AI Skill from a Brainstorming Call 🤯
The other day, I had a Zoom brainstorming session with a friend who wants to automate her social media research ~ Finding viral posts, dissecting them to determine why they went viral, and then being able to use the framework of that post to create content for herself. Honestly, the way she described what she wanted to do was exhausting for me, and I said we have to figure out a way to automate this. And one of the strong beliefs I have about automating this type of research is that scrolling social media more in the name of research is capacity-draining. It fatigues your nervous system. You're seeing competitors' work. You have subconscious signals that you're getting throughout the process, and we all know how detrimental scrolling can be to our mental health, psyche, time, and life. I wanted to create a system for her that would be able to do the research piece and bring her the viral videos already, with the breakdown and dissection of why it did so well (so that she could emulate the process without wasting so much time looking for the video and then trying to dissect it herself). And I had already trained my content scout to do this for me in Grokbot, but it wasn't "packaged" in a way that I could share it as a skill with my friend. This is how easy it was: 1) I downloaded the transcript from Fathom (it wasn't in my own Fathom, so I couldn't automatically bring it into Claude.) 2) Then I gave it to Claude with this prompt: " This is a transcript where I was helping a friend I was helping her create a Reels research process. I want you to take this transcript and pull out the step-by-step. I think we talked about a couple of different types of workflows that are started by automation or started by her dropping in a URL... ---two minutes later--- The complete skill was created. I now have a high-quality Skill to share with my Solo Expert OS Students, my friend who I created it for, and I even gave it to my Content Scout to see if she need any updates...
Do you want Easy AI Employees OR AI Automations?
I'm planning out my next workshop, and I want to build the one you actually want (not the one I assume you want). I'm asking instead of guessing... Two directions I'm considering: 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟭- 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 My simple, 4-step AI automation proces you build right inside Claude or ChatGPT 𝗢𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮- 𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗬 𝗔𝗜 𝗘𝗠𝗣𝗟𝗢𝗬𝗘𝗘𝗦 Building AI employees on an agentic platform (ie. Grokbot) that work more like a hire ~ they run on their own, on a schedule, without you re-prompting them every time. (this is a new platform, but directionally where AI Agents are going for ease and simplicity for people like us who don't want to hire a team of people or use Claude Code or ChatGPT Codex. You're going to see this ALOT in Q4 and early 2027!) VOTE BELOW PLEASE... I'm excited to learn what this community really wants!

@Michael Deibert Its called Hermes and OpenClaw are the other two agent ones but they aren't simple or easy - and you definitely want another computer to run them on perpetually... I dont like that model. What AI are you using if ChatGPT and Claude barely get your attention?

@Pam Hartnett It's definitely different in claude - you can create scheduled tasks in your Directors with CoWork. but if you want to get "really agentic about it" - you'd want to use Claude Code or Codex if you don't want a tool like GrokBot... I'm assuming someone will launch a very similar platform to GrokBot using OpenAI or Claude models.
How Business & Team accounts work in Claude/ChatGPT
On my private training call today with my Solo Expert OS students, somebody asked me this question: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗱𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁𝗚𝗣𝗧? Here's the answers and it may be helpful to you if you're considering upgrading or adding a {human} team member to your account: 1️⃣ 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐆𝐏𝐓: You can share a Project with people in your workspace and give them either Chat access or Edit access. Chat access lets them work inside the Project and see its chats, files, and instructions. Edit access additionally lets them change instructions, upload/remove files, and invite others. This is important: once a Project is shared, it uses project-only memory automatically. ChatGPT can use the chats, files, and instructions inside that Project, but it does not pull in each person's private memories or context from outside that Project. One distinction: Business workspace ≠ one giant shared brain. Each person still has their own ChatGPT usage inside the workspace. The shared Project is the common brain/context you deliberately give everyone access to. A Business workspace itself has its own members, settings, and resources, while users can also maintain a separate personal workspace if they choose. ---------------------------------- 2️⃣ 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐞: Claude Team handles Projects in a very similar way, but there are a couple of differences that I think actually make Claude especially interesting for the system you're building. With a Claude Team account, everyone belongs to the same Claude organization. Projects live inside that organization, and when you create one you can make it either private or available to the broader organization. You can also share a private Project with specific team members.

@Kayla White - CORRECT! it's reading and using the "memory" from her account. She'd need to create a Content Manager project and train it on your brand details... (and be sure to tell that project to only use memory of that project.)
