I was part of the Chakra Intuitive this last year, but when I log in here now, it's locked, anyone ever had this problem?

Hey team! I'm really enjoying the Chakra Intuitive both for myself, as well as clients and am seeing lots of shifts inside my tapping groups, even among women who have been doing the work for a long time. I'm all about continuing to do my own most challenging work so that no matter how stuck a client feels, I can assure them to stick to the process-here's where we're experiencing some resistance if anyone has any tips, tricks, or tools to assist in tipping the scale... Process 11 is Our Unforgivable Mistake. Many of us have forgiven ourselves, and learned compassion, BUT, the consequences to our unforgivable mistake have lasted decades and are often still right in our face (Broken marriages, drug addict kids, etc). I'm a Level 3 Master Practitioner, so have lots of tools, but am curious if you who are also Chakra aIntuitive Trained have anything extra to share with me that might bump us out of the "yeah but I'm still paying for it today and it's in my face all day every day" feeling. In the Marketing Class with Bethany for the Chakra Intuitive, she mentioned giving a sample/preview of 4 sessions or so, to give people the experience and then enroll them into the actual experience. She had the CUTEST name for this and I can't remember what it was! Please help! It was definitely aimed toward a sample/preview/sneak peek....
