Attainable Housing-Condo's at Trailside - Read about Free Downpayment
I wanted to share a quick update regarding the City of Langford’s Attainable Home Ownership Program at Trailside beside Langford Lake. There are 3 condos available and they are 1 bedroom + a den for $389,900 + GST. If you are a 1st time buyer the Government is waiving the GST, The City has recently expanded the qualification criteria to help make the program accessible to more buyers. Some of the updates include: - Applicants are no longer required to live or work specifically in the Westshore - The down payment requirements have been relaxed (Langford will give the buyer 75% of the required downpayment as a gift) - The income qualification guidelines have also been broadened (Up to $156,000) I will be recieving more information shortly, but if you or someone you know is interested, contact me right away, as I expect the 3 remaining units will go quickly.

Open House Treasure Hunting-Today-Sat April 4th
