Go to Sleep "Hungry", Please.
How hungry are you when you go to bed? By hungry, I mean having built up enough sleep pressure that causes signs of sleepiness, rather than just tiredness. Yawning 🥱, a drooping head, eyelids heavy...those are signs that sleep is close. By going to bed before having signs of sleepiness, you are training your body even further to associate your bed with lying awake, tossing and turning. The best way to spend less time in ned, and more time with quality sleep is to start properly tracking your sleep-related behaviours. I created a SLEEP DIAGNOSTIC JOURNEY for you, where I guide you, amongst other things, into a customised sleep tracker built on the back of insights from hundreds of hours of sleep coaching. Start tracking today, and then reach out to me for a free private Sleep review! Até já, big hug from Portugal.

I don’t have a problem falling asleep, but I’m a light sleeper and I wake up around 2 or 3 in the morning. Thank you for the tools 🌿

@Maša Nobilo I just lie there trying to fall back asleep, very quietly so my husband doesn’t wake up, and maybe have a sip of water 😄 And then my mind starts to wander. By 5am I can’t stay in bed any longer, so I get up
Do you sleep like Winnie the Pooh?
Out of the options in the photo below, how do you sleep usually? The post is for some Monday morning fun, however, the clothes you decide to wear or not wear say a lot about your body’s thermoregulation, as well as how fitting is your bedroom temperature for your sleep quality. And interestingly, your choice might change depending on whether you sleep alone or with a partner. Where are you in all of this? And do you know why you make the choice that you make? P.S. I’m camps 4 and 6 😁🙋🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Winnie the Pooh all the way

What did you dream last night? ✨
I LOVE hearing about other peoples dreams. Especially because I am trained in Lucid dreaming facilitation, and I use dreams as an entry point into my own unconscious almost on a daily basis. I am a nerd for dream interpretation of all kinds. So this biweekly Dream Circle is envisioned as a space where dreamers of all kinds, including those that barely remember any dreams at all, are welcome to convene, share their dreams, and get their dreams interpreted with the help of the community. I would love to have you there. It’s tonight at 5 pm UK time. The link to the video call is in the Calendar tab. Come on time, but stay as long as you like, no need to stay for the full hour. And if you’re not able to join tonight, feel free to drop your dream in the comments and I would be happy to offer an “ if this were my dream” interpretation. Até já!

I know I had a dream last night, but I can't remember a thing about it 😄 I was telling my daughter about your community today, and she said she hasn't dreamt in a while, or at least can't remember, but she woke up on a cloud and the cloud was candy floss, such a happy dream 😶‍🌫️🩷

Sundays are for…dilly-dallying ✨
Normally, when the weekend rolls around, I can’t help feeling the push of the deep desire to switch off, on the one hand, and the pull of the nagging feeling that I am not doing enough. So I get myself into a paralysis where I am either not fully indulging in the rest, or doing work half-assed. (Familiar, anyone? 🙋🏻‍♀️) But today…was different. I let myself be taken by my heavy eyelids, foggy head and limbs that felt like lead to the steady hum of the waves. I laid my 🍑 down. I read. I silenced the nagging voice in my head with a rhythmic massage of the soles of my feet on the sand. Turns out, I can be a human being that does f*ck all sometimes and I can still be worthy of success. Go figure. How did you dilly-dally this weekend?
