Are We Raising Kids… or Mini Screen Zombies
Let’s get uncomfortably honest for a moment. If someone secretly recorded your child using their device for an entire day…Would you feel proud, guilty, or completely shocked watching it back? Now the bigger question: Are devices actually harming our kids… or are they exposing what parents can’t keep up with anymore? Think about it: - Kids can’t handle boredom anymore. - Tantrums escalate the moment the WiFi drops. - Some kids only eat when a screen is in front of them. - Teachers say attention spans now last 8 seconds. - Toddlers know how to swipe before they know how to speak. - And yet… parents rely on screens to survive daily life. Here’s the intriguing part: What do YOU think the real problem is? Is it… 1. The devices 2. The parents 3. The times we live in 4. Kids’ changing brains 5. Society expecting parents to be superhuman with zero support

The 5- finger Hack!
1. Pick a finger 2. Breathe in for 4 counts while squeezing the finger 3. Hold for 4 counts 4. Exhale for 4 counts 5. Move to the next finger This works well to help regulate and bring children back to a calmer state because they get a visual, tangible anchor for their breath. It can be done anywhere! Try it out TODAY!
