Deceased Spouse's Social Security
My fiancé will be turning 60 in a couple of months. What is the process for him to start claiming his deceased wife's social security? Is is fairly simple or are there other factors to consider? Thanks!

If your spouse deceased after you turn 60, you may collect surviving spouse for rest of your life, even if you get married again or until you take your own (which ever is higher). you’ll have option of taking your own or surviving spouse benefits. They’ll review with you…
