Visibility fears and the inner critic
I had tried and failed to put myself out there before. I couldn't seem to get past the imposter syndrome and visibility fears. It wasn't until I started healing the inner critic that I was able to heal my visibility fears, and the imposter syndrome seems to have vanished as well. In my new Skool group the Self-Love Healing Pathway we are working on healing the inner critic and I just finished a healing meditation with energy healing as the kick off. Come join us.

@Niamo Muid I think there is definitely fears of losing identity. The ego will fight for survival.
Kuan Yin, Merlin, Mary Magdalene and more
The Inner Mystic is a new community. Ascended masters, galactics, prophetic dreams, meditation and more: Mysticism can spill over into a broad range of things. How do the Pleiadeans recognize/celebrate Truth? (No one knows, of course, but such questions help us see the size of the "container" of mysticism.) What is the story/myth about Kuan Yin's last lifetime on Earth, the story of how she became an ascended master? (This is shared in the classroom.) The Inner Mystic

When I do intuitive energy readings sometimes different energies come through. It interesting because sometimes Kuan Yin comes through for inner child wounding. She is that Divine Mother energy. Its quite beautiful.

@Lau Brizuela Thank you 😊
🫣 What if the problem isn’t content ideas??
How do people always seem to have stories to tell? The free 30 Days of Story Seeds challenge I’m hosting inside Fix Your Funk starts June 1st, and it’s for anyone who’s ever thought: “I don’t know what to post.” 😳 “I don’t have any stories.” 🤦🏻‍♀️ “I have nothing interesting to say.” 😬 But… Most people don’t have a storytelling problem. They have a story noticing problem. They think stories are hiding in some dramatic life event they haven’t experienced yet. Meanwhile they’re walking past stories every single day. 🤪 The weird conversation. 😫 The thing that annoyed them. 💭 The opinion they changed. 🧐 The mistake they made. 😅 The lesson they learned the hard way. 🏋️‍♂️ The moment they realized they were wrong. 🤯 The thing their kid said that won’t leave their brain. ⚡️ The assumption that got shattered. That’s where the good shit lives... and where the content people actually remember comes from. So for 30 days, I’ll be dropping one simple Story Seed each day. ❌ Not content prompts. ❌ Not fill in the blank templates. Just small things to notice that help you uncover the stories already hiding in plain sight. 🤮 No storyselling. 🙄 No emotional bait and switch. 🤦🏻‍♀️ No pretending a sales pitch is a vulnerable life lesson. Just better stories. Better content. And a whole lot more proof that your life is far more interesting than you’ve been giving it credit for 🙌🏻🎉 👇🏻 What’s a story you’ve told so many times that the people closest to you could probably tell it for you??

Honestly I just post my own journey and thoughts, along with what worked for me. I do admit though that ADHD can have me stuck at times.

You don't need to be a writer. You don't need to be interesting. You just need a pen and five minutes you're willing to call your own. Announcing a new community around daily journaling, called The Writing Practice. Thoughts, insights, tips, courses, and ultimately the most gorgeous journal in the world to work with. Be one of those who can say to their grandchildren "I was there!"
