Middle age, neurodiversity and spirituality
I have been going through a process of deconstruction and reframing. I was late diagnosed level 1 autistic and already struggled with inattentive ADHD (formerly labeled ADD). Peri/Menopause can hit a neurodiverse person like a freight train which includes a dismantling of coping mechanisms, aka masking. So it's been a wild ride, and included a spiritual awakenings, hitting plateaus along the way chronic fatigue; but then amazing growth, a self love journey and connecting more to Divine Love in a beautiful way. My group is evolving and I am stepping more into the spiritual and human aspects. I am am also stepping into my authenticity with including neurodiversity. We as a human race have been so out of touch with Mother Earth and her cycles. We push instead of align. We move when we should wait. We create our own burn out and think it's because there is something wrong with us. The 3D world has it’s tales it tells us about productivity and we've bought into it. Learning about neurodiversity has helped me understand cycles better. We are Divine love in human expression. We have the power to move beyond the norm, but with that is a falling away of the old paradigm. It's not an easy path going through the deconstruction and reframing. It's sometimes beautiful and brutal at the same time. Our ego fights for survival. We can feel alone and isolated. Our stories we've believed about ourselves, although false, can be very loud in the dying out. But what emerges is one step closer to our Divine Love nature. Our connection and unity. My own experience has been a dismantling of so much, but an unfolding of something more, beyond my understanding. I invite you to my group, The Spiritual Heartscape if any of this resonates. Let's walk, in our deconstruction and reframing together. https://www.skool.com/soul-keepers-academy-8632/about?ref=ab5d16f991a24d9caefd46f93880d916

I wanted to give a shout out to @Monika Richrath and her Expressive Artspace Embodiment. If you are interested in spirituality I highly recommend her group. I've been enjoying her embodiment calls. I always feel like a weight has lifted after doing one of her calls. It a very joyful and grounding experience. https://www.skool.com/expressive-art-space-8450/about?ref=ab5d16f991a24d9caefd46f93880d916
Do you feel everything? This Empath/HSP community makes being sensitive easier.
This is for those of you who feel everything. The ones who pick up emotions and the occasional thought from other people. Ones who stopped to evaluate if they’re up to dealing with that many people before going? You can feel everything without losing yourself. Empath Haven is a supportive community, full of fun, weirdness, and the occasional cosmic twist! We’re having a play date this coming Saturday. Those are fun times to bring a craft or just a cup of coffee and hang out with other wonderfully weird empaths with an important mission to accomplish and also a need to reset or or We would love to welcome you! Come have a look now.

#Feature Story: Self Love Healing
I started the self love healing journey over a year ago for myself. I had been doing healing work for a while on myself with my own energy healing, but I was stuck in self criticism and self sabotage. I wanted to start a spiritual healing business but couldn't get out of my own way. It wasn't until I did some coaching where we tackled my visibility fears and the inner critic that things shifted. It started with one question. " What is your inner critic protecting you from?" I understood then that my inner critic was trying to keep me safe by keeping me small. Then I was guided to learn to send love to my inner critic and thank her for helping me. That shifted so much. Visibility fears are a thing of the past. After that I started practicing self love embodiment and dove into shadow work. I decided that I wanted to share this journey with others and The Self Love Healing Journey group is the result.

@Ryan Morrow Ah that's a whole story in and of itself isn't it. The internalization of familial and societal definitions of what was good enough, and not understanding what they were. Being too much and not enough at the same time. Being different and not knowing I was neurodivergent until recently probably played a huge role.

I started the Pet Loss Matters Community because, for over 20 years, I have been running the Pet Loss Matters website. My hope for the website was always that it would become a living library of love, loss and shared experience. A place where people could read the stories of others, share their own, and realise they were not alone. I wanted anyone arriving there feeling lost, isolated or overwhelmed by grief to be able to find comfort in the thousands of stories left by those who had walked this path before them. When Pet Loss Matters began, there was no social media, no Zoom, and very few places where people could find understanding support after the loss of a beloved animal. My hope is that my Skool community becomes the live version of that same principle: a gentle place where people can meet, share their experiences, support one another, and find mutual comfort in the company of others who truly understand. If this resonates, I'd love for you to join us.
