Day 5
Answering the question : what is a recent failure that, in hindsight, was actually a lesson in disguise – and what can you learn from it to help you get closer to success?🤔 A Recent “Failure” That Was Actually a Lesson One of my recent struggles has been not being as consistent as I should be with my studies and gym routine. There were moments when I procrastinated, let distractions get in the way, or skipped workouts because I "wasn't in the mood." At the time, I felt frustrated with myself, thinking I was falling behind. But looking back, this wasn’t a failure—it was a lesson. I realized that success isn’t about intensity; it’s about consistency. The people who succeed aren’t always the most talented or motivated; they’re the ones who keep showing up, even on bad days. What I Can Learn & Apply Moving Forward 1. Discipline > Motivation: I won’t wait to “feel like it” anymore—I’ll do the work regardless of my mood. 2. Small Steps Matter: Even when I don’t have the energy for a full study session or intense gym workout, doing something is better than nothing. 3. No More Excuses: I am in full control of my actions, and I won’t let distractions, self-doubt, or laziness hold me back. 4. Trust the Process: Growth isn’t immediate, but as long as I stay consistent, I will see results. Now, instead of seeing inconsistency as a failure, I see it as proof that I have the power to improve. And that realization brings me one step closer to my best self. 🚀
Day 6
Answering the question : If you could change your perception, and remove all fear from the equation, is there anything you would do differently in your life? What would the best version of yourself tell you to do?🤔 If I removed all fear from the equation, I would: - Stop overthinking my capabilities and trust that I am smart enough to thrive in a top computer science school. No more doubting if I’m “good enough”—I am. - Push myself harder academically without hesitating or second-guessing my abilities. I would study with full confidence, knowing that I can master anything I set my mind to. - Take bold opportunities without hesitation. Whether it's applying for competitive programs, internships, or scholarships, I wouldn't let fear of rejection stop me. - Be more confident in my social interactions. I’d stop worrying about how others perceive me and simply express myself as I am. My worth isn’t dependent on anyone’s approval. - Fully commit to my fitness and self-care routines without making excuses. No skipping workouts or neglecting skincare—just pure discipline and self-love. - Speak to myself with kindness and encouragement, just like I would to a friend. I wouldn’t let self-doubt cloud my progress. - Trust that my dreams are achievable. Instead of feeling intimidated by the path ahead, I would walk forward knowing I’m meant for success. What My Best Self Would Tell Me: 🗣 "You have everything you need within you. Stop hesitating, stop waiting for the ‘perfect moment,’ and just go for it. The only thing standing in your way is your own doubt—let it go. Be bold, take action, and watch your dreams unfold.” 🚀
Day 7
Answering the question : What has been the most impactful realization or lesson this week, that if implemented, would make a big leap toward your Best Self ? My Most Impactful Realization This Week This week, I realized that self-discipline is the ultimate form of self-respect. I often think that motivation will push me forward, but I’ve seen firsthand that motivation is fleeting. The real game-changer is consistency—showing up even when I don’t feel like it. Whether it’s studying, going to the gym, taking care of my skin, or improving my habits, my future self depends on the effort I put in today. The lesson is simple but powerful: I don’t need to feel like doing something to do it anyway. My best self doesn’t wait for the perfect mood or circumstances—she just gets things done. If I Implement This Fully… - I will stop negotiating with myself about my priorities. No more "I’ll do it later." If it’s important, I do it now. - I will approach my studies with laser focus, eliminating distractions and working with purpose. - I will treat my fitness journey with commitment, knowing that every workout builds the strength I want. - I will keep my word to myself, proving that I can trust in my own discipline. The bottom line: Every choice I make is either bringing me closer to my highest self or keeping me stagnant. From now on, I choose progress. 🚀
Day 3
Answering the question : How are you spending your life? (in days?) 💭 If I break it down into days, my life so far looks something like this: • Studying : From school to my baccalaureate year, constantly learning and preparing for my future in computer science. 👩🏼‍🎓 • Coding : Whether for fun, projects, or learning, coding has been a huge part of my life.👩🏼‍💻 • Dreaming about moving abroad : Since I was little, I’ve imagined myself living and studying abroad —now it’s closer than ever. 🌍 • Trying to gain weight & work out 🏋🏼‍♀️ • Overthinking projects 💡 • Learning languages : From French to English, German, and even considering others. 🗺️ • Being part of communities : From school activities to online communities, always trying to connect with like-minded people. 💌

Day 4
Answering the question: If you could have a conversation with your 80-year-old self, what piece of advice do you think they would give you? Furthermore, what's a question you would want to ask them?🤔 If I could have a conversation with my 80-year-old self, I think she would tell me: “Lina, don’t hesitate so much. If something excites you, go for it. You’ve spent too much time doubting yourself when you were more capable than you realized. Time moves fast—build, create, and explore while you have the energy. And don’t forget to take care of yourself. Health isn’t something you can put on hold.” And the question I’d ask her? “Did I make the right choices? Did I end up where I truly wanted to be?”
