I’d recommend The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Sean Covey and GUT by Giulia Enders. Covey’s book is one of those rare ones that actually makes you rethink how you move through your day, simple ideas, but they stick and genuinely help you show up better in your life. And GUT is just fascinating in the most unexpected way, it explains how the gut and vagus nerve work together and healing both and is so interesting, but it explains it all in a really funny, accessible, “why did no one teach us this sooner” kind of way. Both books leave you feeling like you’ve learned something meaningful without feeling too heavy or academic 🙂
