it's that time again. as always, you can find all Skool News issues, including the latest, in the Vault. - someone just got to 1Mln MRR. wow or not?! i am curious, how much this motivates you? vote below 👇🏻 - Growth Boost is in turbulence mode (SURPRISE-SURPRISE). whatever that means. hence, do not rely on it (PLEASE don't) - reviews are ON for everyone. GOOD! but... be careful, if you have a free or freemium community. cause ... just like mine with 740+ member i only got 2 reviews. it could actually bring your conversion down. - few more improvements for reviews: better tracking how many months someone is paying + moderation (ppl can report a review) , and they want to do a better sorting of reviews - all very good!!! - videos now have auto-generated captions and transcript in different languages. GOOD! Skoolers Classroom Update - interviews with ppl who got $150k+ MRR. IDK i will comment in the comments once i watch those interview. but... my fear, it is not useful for 99% of us. cause we are miles away... and what we should do is way different from what these ppl do. anywho. for now, i just want to say that i don't think "one number" can be the "only number". cause how many rich & successful ppl are not happy? i can name a few. anyway. good things. bad things. nah things. that's life.

honestly it's a little intimidating and deflating. BUT i was super inspired that it's not some AI bro community. And that you can get incredible results IF you go all in and work your ass off (which I think got lost in the presentation - that community has been working hard to get where it is). I'm intentionally trying to ignore hype and just keep my focus on building the way that feels aligned to me and my audience. Growth Boost and Reviews and my efficiency score... -- I'm not obsessing over them.

@Lidia Axe no, we're on the same page there. I'm not ignoring or going against the system, i'm just not selling my soul over it :)
Review Domino Weekend — Let's go!
reviews are not optional. i hope you agree with them on that one. view reviews are the best. text is the next best thing. let's get you more reviews! THE PRINCIPLE all reviews must be honest and based on your actual experience with that community (you must be a member). no fake stuff. no "i'll say nice things, if you say nice things." one of the biggest benefits of Proveworth is that every review is verified. 🚨 THE PROCESS 🚨 TO GET REVIEWS: 1️⃣ drop a comment below with your ProveWorth Profile link. if you don't have a profile, you need to set one up. it will need to be approved and published, if you need to fast it forward, let me know here or in DMs, i have access to Matt. 2️⃣ go to YOUR community → leaderboard tab or community → find 2-3 active members who are also a member here. if you already know those ppl, you can skip this step. tag them here and ask for reviews. 3️⃣ from YOUR community who are active, but not members here - send them a DM with ProveWorth profile link and make a post in your community. it's a great opportunity/reminder to do this more often ✌🏻 TO GIVE REVIEWS: 1️⃣ check other comments under this post to find links to ProveWorth Profiles where you are a member. 2️⃣ if you do not see any community where you are part of, there are options: - go to ProveWorth Directory, browse communities, find ones you genuinely like (and a member of), and leave a review - just go to the communities that you like, and give some love in the feed. 3️⃣ you can always leave a review for Community Builders HQ 😜 if you have something good to say and you have not done it yet, that would be awesome! Finally, come back tomorrow (Saturday) and Sunday to check on new links. 🏁 Let's finish on Sunday with the comment of how many reviews you gave and how many you got! plus, an insight about this fun domino. LET'S GROW TOGETHER

The Fastest Way to Get Seen on Skool (Without Posting Every Day)
everyone asks me the same thing: "Lidia, how do i get traction without posting 5 times a day?" value commenting. what the hack is it? ...ok fine, i'll explain. but you owe me a pinned comment. why commenting beats posting (especially on Skool)? commenting is easier than posting: - no topic anxiety. the topic is already there. someone else did the hard part. - it can be short. three sentences of substance beats 800 words of "here's my framework." - more eyeballs than your own post. if you comment in a community bigger than yours, you're borrowing their audience. legally. for free. on Skool it works even faster than on other social platforms, because everyone is already here. they're already logged in, already scrolling, already in learning mode. you're not interrupting someone's vacation photos with a business insight. 📌 bonus points if it gets pinned. that's the achievement unlocked moment. when an owner pins your comment, you didn't just add value - you added so much value they wanted more people to see it. more visibility for you, better thread for them, everybody wins. ‼️ i have 45mins masterclass on how to get pinned now, what value commenting is NOT: - a gif , "great post!" / "this 🔥" / "agreed" - tagging three friends and running away - restating the post back to the poster in slightly different words - a comment that's actually just a pitch wearing a trench coat - a wall of text that hijacks the thread and makes it about you what value commenting IS: - it adds value. duh. new angle, missing piece, real data. - it shows your PoV. not just agreement - your actual take. - it shows your credibility. you've done this thing. you have receipts. here's a real one. @Des Dreckett just posted in Skool Monetization Lab that Friday is a great day to publish because members are "pretending to work" and are in buying mode. well done, Des 👏🏻

Love this reminder @Lidia Axe to be really intentional about commenting. Posting is King, but just like in chess, commenting is Queen and arguably more powerful. My sights are set on Skool Summit Stage for this activity. Why? Because there is a buzz going on in there right now, in prep for a virtual summit early next month. So folks are primed to learn and eager to receive :) My strategy is to focus on the communities where engagement is already up a bit because of an event or a "share your thing Friday" or whatever is going on.

@Celia Kibler i'm in a lot of communities that I don't contribute to a whole lot either, but that's ok. Lurking lets me a) keep tabs on what's going on in there and then refer folks over if I think it's a good fit, b) watch what's working and what's not, b) jump in when I'm ready. There's so much negativity around lurkers but they're often the ones who buy unexpectedly! Your value doesn't come just from engaging :) Also I have plenty of lurkers in my community, and i just love when post hits the right way and they come out and comment. It gives me a little hit of dopamine... a little "yeah, there you are! I see you and you see that I see you" and it makes me so happy.

great debate and structure! high ticket wins my vote :) But as Eileen also said, low-ticket has its place. And it can be a doorway to high-ticket. Not everyone is ready to jump in the deep end :)
Crazy idea... or not. Tell me
i think it's time i take my own medicine - specificity! an extra step. first time, i had to go narrow with "building a Skool community in 30 days with 100 members". it was tough. but maybe, not narrow enough. as always the case. but it's easy to see for others, and hard to see for yourself. what if i say that i am there for those coaches, experts, online educators, who have family, job, or other commitments, that take significant time of their life. what do you think? would that make a difference? is that a factor in your decision making?

i think it really depends on who you are trying to attract/serve. the people who are doing this alongside something else or the folks who already have a business that they're layering a skool community onto?
