great debate and structure! high ticket wins my vote :) But as Eileen also said, low-ticket has its place. And it can be a doorway to high-ticket. Not everyone is ready to jump in the deep end :)
Crazy idea... or not. Tell me
i think it's time i take my own medicine - specificity! an extra step. first time, i had to go narrow with "building a Skool community in 30 days with 100 members". it was tough. but maybe, not narrow enough. as always the case. but it's easy to see for others, and hard to see for yourself. what if i say that i am there for those coaches, experts, online educators, who have family, job, or other commitments, that take significant time of their life. what do you think? would that make a difference? is that a factor in your decision making?

i think it really depends on who you are trying to attract/serve. the people who are doing this alongside something else or the folks who already have a business that they're layering a skool community onto?

🔥 I am doing something wild. Again.
I've introduced a Community Income Mastermind at $47. Nobody bought. I went back to my creative cave, rethought everything, and came out with a completely new plan. Here's what I'm doing and why I'm being 100% transparent about it: 👉 I'm dropping the price of Community Income Mastermind to $7. Yes, $7. Two Starbucks coffees. Valid until June 1st. Then it goes up. Every single month. This isn't giving up. This is treating my business like a lab experiment. Analyze. Pivot fast. Try again. I've been doing this for 12 years. I know what a hot potato offer feels like. I'm not there yet and I'm not pretending I am. But I know my goal: $10k/month. And I know my filter: fast, easy, and fun. Watch the video to see exactly what I'm doing, why I'm doing it, and what's coming next. Join me for that wild ride in the Community Income Mastermind for just $7. And if you're NOT joining, I genuinely want to know why. That feedback is gold👇🏻

So, a clarifying question for you. Are you guiding folks to $10K months the same way you’ve already done it, or is that a goal you want to achieve and you’re facilitating this group to get to 10K alongside everyone?

@Lidia Axe telling me my question is wrong or bad is a bit insulting. You asked for feedback. I asked you one simple, clarifying question, that’s all. And I have very specific reasons for asking it.
I must go back to my podcast. What's your secret?
This is gonna sound weird. But it's real. I have a podcast... Coach-to-Coach Central - raw and honest conversations about starting a business. How cool is that?! It is cool. I know. Here is what I am good at: - finding cool guests - contacting cool guests (and making them say YES) - recording cool interviews Here is what I am crap at: - editing those episodes fast - publishing them fast - promoting these episodes So I feel like shit. No, I feel like double shit. Cause i have dozen + episodes with some really, really cool ppl ReCOrded. Sitting on my drive. I am awful. Terrible person. And I do not have a solution. PS Why am I telling you that? Cause I know, I will find the answer. And I also know you have same dirty secret, you don't want to tell. Here I am , telling you mine. So, tell me yours and let's find a solution ⬇️

@Andy Grant i love Descript too. Definitely helps taking a lesson or doing a solid tutorial because it has SO many capabilities. But once you have a handle on them, it's a breeze to use and the output is amazing. (Even if you don't have a handle on it all the output is way better than fumbling through things manually lol!)

@Lidia Axe for sure. But don’t try and figure it out yourself .. def take a tutorial, it’s so worth it!
Have you forgotten about your email list?
Another great Skooler is scrubbing in for 1 day of the Clinic. The bonus session is the Email Fix. @Kylie Kelly is joining us to show you how to grow your Skool community without social media — using the audience you already have but probably aren't using. Your email list is full of people who already said yes to you once. They know you. They trust you. And most community builders never think to convert that trust into members. Kylie grew her own email list to 7k+ without social media or ads — and she's showing us exactly how. Kylie is the founder of Email Marketing Skool — a community for online business owners who want consistent leads, stronger relationships, and a business that doesn't depend on showing up 24/7 on social. 👉 Do you have an email list — and are you actually using it to grow your community? Drop your biggest question about email below. Kylie will see this. 👇 --- - Full calendar of events here - All sessions & speakers introductions here - Purchase all-access pass for $27 (all recordings & VIP sessions) here

@Mary Wilmer you can start one today! Are you asking folks for their email addresses when they join your group? That's a super easy way to get going :)

@Mary Wilmer Interesting, that hasn’t been my experience!
