My client’s tend to be local in the Washington DC area. I’ve expanded a bit last year across the country. And this past week, I connected with my first client outside of the U.S. 😮 I didn’t even think about this until earlier today when planning my client meetings for next week. And then a WOW moment hit me. We met through mutual communities and then connected in our own communities and it took off from there. If you just started your community - keep going, keep growing but connecting with cool people. It’s not about how many memberships you have, it’s about the quality folks you connect with given your niche and interests!

Ask and you shall receive. I did a post in my community last week asking members if they’d be open to sharing a short video testimonial for my about page. They moved fast. I now have three testimonial videos up on my about page, and one of them has only been in the community for a few days 👀 Curious how many of you are doing this as well, and if you’ve found it helpful?

I’ve spent years being told the best way to build a business. The best funnel. The best website. The best offer. The best pricing. The best sales pitch. The best way to grow. And honestly… I’m done listening. In the last few weeks alone, I’ve learned more by actually building, experimenting, and paying attention to what’s working than I ever did being told what I should do. Here’s what I’m realizing: Most people aren’t speaking from experience. They’re speaking from theory. What works for one person won’t work for everyone. And just because something looks “wrong” from the outside doesn’t mean it’s not working. For the first time, I feel confident trusting myself and following my intuition instead of constantly looking outside for answers.
