I am determined, more than ever, to follow the path and to reach my goals. Now, it might be more than 90 days... But it does not matter. What matters is what type of person I am becoming when I continue to follow my dreams (goals).

Self-compassion practices from Kristin Ness were very helpful to me. Sometimes all you need is a hug. And surprisingly, you can give that hug to yourself. Now, if you have a loving partner, a friends, a child/parent/family member, that's great. But you can do it to yourself. And then comes the way you speak to yourself. It is very important that we start treating ourselves with compassion and love. Thank you James, for this important reminder.

It's a hard one... for me it's "my situation is so hard". And it includes so many things: e.g. kids are sick, kids need me, my husband is sick, he needs me, I am sick, or tired, or overwhelmed... I need to rest. These are very real. But often stop me from my goals.

@James Gardner yes, and that's why may 3D goal for this challenge is my morning dance. When I do it, the whole day is lighten up with different energy

Oh, 100%! I just had an anti-overwhelm challenge in my community. And one of the steps was to declutter your workspace/workplace. "Outer order, inner calm" is the name of the book. But also my motto. You can think clearly in the mess. And yes, you can start with something very small.
