My favorite step))) I believe that wholeheartedly, that's why my own community is all about action. Action is the unlock for new mindset, for clarity, for results. I love action.
To be perfectly honest, I often struggle with 1% analogy. It does work sometimes - like how many messages I send a day. But often it's binary really: did I do the exercise or I did not? So, any help on that front would be welcomed
I started the 90-day challenge because I want to improve my healthy habits and contribute to my short and long-term energy and health. It is important to me since I want to live longer, support my family, and realize cool projects.
@Belinda Dovey that's a great practice. I learnt it from Barbara Sher's book "Refuse to Choose" - she called it "Scanner Daybook" (or simply an "idea book") to record all potential projects. Just learnt that she actually have a book with that exact name - Idea Book - specifically with instructions how to do it. Thanks for that reminder. I need to get back to this practice.
