Pushing Through Is Not Always Strength
One of the most dangerous things singers can do is constantly trying to "push through" vocal fatigue. Many singers believe that continuing to force the voice is a sign of discipline or strength. But very often, the opposite is true. The voice becoming tired quickly is not something singers should simply ignore. Because sometimes the real problem is not lack of talent or lack of motivation - but overload, compensation, muscular imbalance, or inefficient vocal coordination. One of the biggest problems is that many singers start adapting to the tension without realizing it. And over time, the entire system can become increasingly overloaded. That is exactly why understanding vocal health is so important. 🎓 Inside VOICE PROBLEMS & HEALTH in PRO, I've recently uploaded several new lectures about muscular dysphonia, vocal fatigue, overload patterns and early warning signs singers should never ignore. You'll also find a detailed Self Assessment Test for Muscular Dysphonia. 🔗 Ready To Go Deeper? https://www.skool.com/evateachingopera-free-7168/plans

@Eva Lindqvist For me was having the basics very clear, like body position, breathing, support. When these things start to fail or feel uneasy it might be cause you are adding some undesired tension. The most important for me is to identify my "weak points" and keep checking on them, specially while warming up. I think we go through these things in our first year so anyone who wants to know more tips and tricks can check the masterclass 🥰 it is sure really helpful!
WHERE Are You Singing From?
One of the most beautiful things about this community is that singers from so many different parts of the world have found their way here 🌍 Over the past months, I’ve already seen singers joining from:Italy, Mexico, Hong Kong, Greece, Ireland, France, the USA, Canada, Austria, Germany and many more. So today I would simply love to ask: 👇 Where are YOU from?

The Most Beautiful Thing - Or The Most Frustrating?
Singing can be one of the most beautiful things in the world… and one of the most frustrating. So today I’m curious: What is currently the MOST difficult part of singing for you? No perfect answers. Just honest ones 🌍

For me, it's finding the right balance between technique and freedom. It's important not to become stiff while pursuing technical excellence🥰
Posture & Breath - Real Questions, Real Answers (Video Response)
KRISTINA asked some excellent questions on posture and breath connected to the two first chapters in the MASTERCLASS - I´ve answered them in 4 short videos. If you want to understand what actually happens in your body while singing, this will give you more clarity. And if you´d like to go much deeper into these topics, you´ll find the full structure inside the MASTERCLASS in the Classroom section.

A Voice Almost Lost-The Beginning of Lidia´s Story
Three years ago, Lidia walked into my studio. She wasn’t confident. She wasn’t secure. And she didn’t even know if singing was truly possible for her. What I saw in that moment… was something very different from what she felt. And that’s where everything began. Over the past three years, I’ve watched her go through a process that most people never see. Not just vocal training. But doubt, pressure, growth, and real transformation. I decided to document this journey. Not as a highlight reel. But as a real story. 🎧 REAL VOICE JOURNEYS – Episode 1 is now inside PRO.

Three years ago, I walked into the studio with so much uncertainty and self-doubt. I truly didn’t know if singing could ever feel natural or possible for me. Looking back now, it’s emotional to realize how much this journey has changed not only my voice, but also my mindset and confidence. The process was not always easy, but it was real… full of challenges, growth, patience, and small breakthroughs that slowly became transformation. Thank you for believing in me even when I couldn’t yet see what was possible myself. I’m deeply grateful that this journey is being shared so honestly, because I know many people will recognize themselves in these feelings too. ❤️✨🎶 also happy to answer anyone’s questions ✨
